Maxis SUCKS!!! Tolong bagi pendapat...

Aku btul2x tgh bengang tahap cipan segala bengang dengan maxis nie... Actually aku mendaftar untuk broadband diorang masa time promotion bulan 5 hari 2... aku daftar online... oleh kerana aku nie dah biasa beli barang online yang buat penghantaran delivery to home, so aku pun pick ler home delivery as method of collection instead of self collection kat center dier. Masa registration online 2 dia siap suruh pilih tarikh modem 2 kita nak terima. Dia cakap dalam masa 2 hari waktu bekerja... Dalam hati aku nie cukup baik nie punya service slalu 14 hari waktu bekerja... Lepas 2 hari aku tunggu x sampai, aku pun call ler maxis center nombor 1800 2... Dia suruh aku tunggu dalam 14 hari waktu bekerja. Aku pun ok lagi, tunggu je la dengan sabar....
Lepas 14 hari modem 2 x sampai2x lagi:@ :@ Aku dah angin satu badan. Aku call lagi maxis center 2. Dia bagi aku nombor kes... Suruh aku tunggu 7 hari lagi... Lepas 7 hari aku call lagi dia cakap dah inform dealer, nanti dealer call... Sampai sekarang x sampai2x... aku dah call maxis center 2 everyweek... dan setiap akli aku call dia cakap dah inform dealer:@ Bila aku suruh bagi aku nombor telefon dealer 2 dia tanya aku balik siapa dealer 2 & kenapa aku x tau:@ Bangang punya maxis... Tadi aku call lagi, aku suruh dia suruh manager dia tepon aku sampai la nie x telefon... Aku nie dah tunggu sebulan lebih... Bayangkan aku daftar 24 Mei 2010 sampai sekarang aku x dapat modem 2... Aku dah bayar RM 340 sbb aku order 2 modem untuk aku n adik aku kos penghantarn RM 40... Aku sgt bengang dan x tau nak buat apa lagi... AKu complain mll email pun diorang x jawab... Tolong bagi aku idea... Aku rasa macam nak maki je sekarang nie:@ :@ :@ |

Ada lebey kurang 14 topik pasal Maxis ni TT....\

bring up the issue to the service provider/manufacturer...
if they are very slow in reponding to your complaint or their solution is not up to your expectation... forward the issue to National Consumer Complaint Center (NCCC)...
NCCC will re-forward your feedback and expectation to the service provider and at the same time, will monitor their action toward your complaint...
sometime, we have to bring up the issue to 3rd party in order to get our issue to be looked into or investigated...
otherwise, you will keep vomiting blood due to inefficient and ineffectiveness of this peoples in react...
how to bring up the issue to the service provider?
the best way is by sending in an email to the service provider, tell them the whole story... do not forget to attach supporting document (e.g. proof of purchased... purchase order number etc...), details (transcation date, complaint date, feedback date etc...) or any other document which can back up and support your complaint...
copy the email to NCCC as well... here the email add [email protected]
