meningkatkan kadar metabolisme

salam semua..


sapa ada tips yg boleh meningkatkan kadar metabolisme,jeles la tengok org makan banyak penuh pinggan tapi badan sekeping jer,kita pulak terpaksa menahan makan tu pun montel jugak..kalau la boleh makan apa saja tapi badan still mentain kan best..
so any tips dialu2kan..

Minum kopi ataupun teh tanpa gula or susu. Minum dalam 2-3 gelas (atau lebih) sehari.

Baru teringat lepas posting kat thread kalsium. Saya pernah terbaca yang kajian menunjukkan pengambilan lebih banyak kalsium dalam diet boleh membantu mengurangkan berat badan (I am assuming soalan TT diatas tentang metabolisme adalah berkait dengan pengurangan berat badan).

mmgla turun, pastu stop jek mak aiiih...
naik 2x ganda...nyampah kdg2...rase sia2 jek ape yg aku wat kelua kn peloh tu...

itu la sebenarnya kan..fed up lah,org yg metabolisme tinggi ni takde la gigih macam kita buat itu ini,kawal makan,exercise lagi tp boleh mentain..genetik kot benda ni..

xde makne nye genetik weii...
adik beradik aku yg lain sume kurus kering, aku ni jek kemain payah
wat itu-ini dok nk menguruskan bdn..
org lain sume syiok jek pas makan tghari tdo..
aku nye la tahan2 mata ngantok xmahu tdo pas makan takot gemok...
org lain siap pas beranak bukan makin berisi tp makin kurus lg ade...

   kadang orang sakit thyroid pun bukan kita tau derang tu sakit...  bukan takat jenis yang bengkak kat leher je...
hormon thyroid ni yang kawal metabolism... tu yang derang kurus... tapi makan banyak tu salah satu tanda dia lah..

    Salam, i think there is not other way to get slim and nice body figure but to do exercise at suggested, 20 minutes, 3 times a week..other than that, lakukan aktiviti yang boleh membakar kalori seperti berjalan (instead of using elevator), melipat kain, berjalan, sapu rumah, dan lain lain..layari google and search tips how to burn callories, byk caranya, kalau byk kalori terbakar, lemak pun terbakar sama...

TT ni gurl or boy?? kalo boy leh syor kan suppliment untuk org main gym,buleh turun kan air ker ape camtu laa..kot mana2 pon tetap gak kena exercise
