Front Office Assistant
Job Description
1. Handles Front Desk operations such as handling arrivals, check-ins, (Registration) and departures for check-outs (Cashiering) of all the hotel guests.
2. Responding promptly to all guests’ requests, enquiries and complaints.
3. Ability to perform the duties of night audit.
Requirements
• Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required Language : English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak foreign language is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Have experience in Reserversation will be an advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicant MUST be willing to work in Jalan Sultan (Chinatown), Kuala Lumpur.
• Applicant MUST be Malaysian citizen.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Room Attendant
Job Description
1. Responsible for guest room cleaning and ensure that everything is in working order.
2. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
3. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
SPM and/or have at least 2 years of working experience in hotel.
Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Physical mobility and stamina.
Ability to follow instructions.
Professional and polite.
