6 Bulan Digantung Tak Bertali Akhirnya Anak Zainal Abidin Dan Menantu Cerai, Hak Penjagaan Dan Nafkah Belum Selesai

Enam bulan digantung tak bertali, akhirnya anak kepada bekas jurulatih bola sepak kebangsaan, Datuk Zainal Abidin Hassan iaitu Mohd Zaiza dan isterinya Suzur Sofia bercerai talak satu.
Sofia atau Suzur Sofia Smeth Jaya, 32, meluahkan rasa lega kerana masalah yang berlaku antara mereka sebelum ini dapat diselesaikan secara baik melalui proses mahkamah.
"Sudah enam bulan berlarutan kes cerai ini dan akhirnya lega ia sudah selesai. Bagi saya hal ini mudah sahaja sebab masalah antara kami sudah lama berlaku, jadi apabila setuju hendak cerai semua dapat diselesaikan.

"Dalam perbicaraan sebelum ini pun hakim sudah maklumkan berlaku shiqah (perbalahan berpanjangan) antara kami berdua," katanya ketika dihubungi mStar.
Terdahulu, Sofia dan Zaiza hadir di Mahkamah Rendah Syariah, Klang pada pada pagi Rabu bagi proses lafaz cerai.
Meskipun bersyukur kemelut ini sudah berakhir, namun Sofia mengakui masih kecewa kerana hal berkaitan hak penjagaan dua orang cahaya mata mereka masih belum dapat diselesaikan secara baik.
Malah Sofia yang merupakan seorang sebagai pramugari memberitahu berlaku sedikit pertengkaran di luar mahkamah pada pagi berkenaan ketika mereka berbincang berkaitan hal terbabit.
"Saya tiada masalah untuk kami sama-sama mendapatkan hak penjagaan anak. Kalau saya cuti anak boleh bersama saya. Tetapi dia tidak boleh memberi kerjasama baik.
"Saya pun tak mahu pisahkan anak-anak dengan bapa mereka. Kami juga ada anak perempuan dan dia perlukan seorang wali jika ingin berkahwin nanti.
"Cuma dua perkara yang saya minta, jalankan tanggungjawab terhadap nafkah anak dan beri maklum balas segera sekiranya ada sebarang masalah," ujarnya.
Sementara itu Sofia juga mendakwa Zaiza gagal menjalankan tanggungjawab terhadap anak apabila tidak membayar yuran bulanan persekolahan anak pertama mereka selama enam bulan.
Tambah Sofia dia sedia membantu dalam urusan bayaran cuma memohon agar bekas suaminya itu memberi kerjasama dalam komunikasi antara mereka berdua.
"Kalau ada masalah boleh beritahu saya. Tidak perlu tunggu sampai pihak sekolah hubungi maklumkan yuran tertunggak.
"Saya bercakap kepada media bukan untuk mencari populariti tetapi inilah caranya untuk sampaikan kepada dia (Zaiza) sebab sebelum ini dia lambat dalam memberi maklum balas tentang anak," jelasnya.
Untuk rekod Sofia dan Zaiza mendirikan rumah tangga pada 15 Januari 2016 dan mereka dikurniakan dua orang cahaya mata iaitu Muhammad Zaynedine Sulaiman, 6, dan Seri Zayana yang berusia dua tahun. -CARI
