psl keje ngn service industry ni. cthnye shopping malls, perhotelan, restoran, ape lgi ek....ape2 je la yg prinsip utama nye ialah 'customer is always right'. industry yg mmg kena berdepan dgn customer, yg kne hadap segala complaint dr customer and sentiasa kena serve yg terbaik utk customer. ha cmtu la.

korang ade pengalaman x keje mcm tu? korang ok ke kje ngn service industry ni? minat ke?

aku lak rase byk2 industry la, ak mcm x leh masuk la kje ngn service industry ni. cth la eh, mcm kje restoran ke....rase mcm jd hamba lak nk kena serve2 kn orang. ni pndpt aku la...sbb tu aku rase mcm tak sesuai ngn jiwa aku nk kje dlm industri ni. aku prefer environment keje kt opis je, takyah nk interact ngn customer semer tu. ni pendapat aku je tau.

tp ade org mmg suke keje cam ni. cam kazen ak de keje ngan fast food ni. mmg die minat kje camtu, so die enjoy je. lain org lain citarase kan. so jom share pro & cons, happy & tense nye kje ngn service industry ni .....

Talk about service industry..hmm..Dlu i pernah keje kat golf club as waitress and kat hotel as front-liner.. Bukan sbb minat ke ape..tp sebab nak cari pengalaman keje before smbung dgree. And,i think most of colleague batch i pun lebih kurang same..they don't really see it as a long-term career.

Speaking bout customer..demm..i dont know where to begin with..Honestly, some of them (customer) mcm ade some kind of perception for those yang keje bhgn service nih..Selalu berdepan ngan customer gerek camni..Kdg2 sbb terlalu ikutkan sgt 'customer is always right',some of them nie jenis yang naik lemak. Tak ramai,but once a while,mmg akan jumpe those 'customer from hell' punya type..

This kind of field is gud to those yang hard working and patient. I have a fren yang hanya ade SPM gred 2. He start from waitressing and throughout the years of tears and blood,now he is a F&B Manager to one of a famous 5 star hotel.. Think he work about 10 yrs to get there. Lama,tp sgt berbaloi..plus,he enjoy doing his job.

And,honestly,i impressed to those yang boleh bertahan lama dlm service industry sbb ade kesabaran yg tinggi utk berdepan dgn kerenah customer setiap hari..plus,the working hour is long.. kaluar rumah awal pg,tgh malam baru balik...its really not easy tau!

As for now,i'm working in office..not in service industry,but in corporate line. come to think bout it...there are not much differences. Its the same daily shit. Like it or not,I have to learn to love and work it out.

    eh sama la aku pun nak habis diploma in one week's time. cadang nak keje gak mcm yg melibatkan service2 ni la. keje waiter kat golf club pun cam best gak
