Place: The Tun Hussein Onn National Eye Hospital, Lorong Utara B, 46200, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.               ( kelana line LRT, asia jaya station, after that just cross a road, then you will reach the building National Institute of Ophthalmic Science. (its located beside Tun Hussein Onn Eye Hospital)


Time: From morning 8.30am-1.00pm, 2.00pm to 5.00pm. ( each person takes 1.5 hours to 2 hours, can bring friends or family members along, we will arrange 4th year optometry student to do the eye
         examination together at the same time, appointment is required to be made early.


The eye examination is done by 4th year optometry student of NIOS (National Institute of Ophthalmic Sciences), and its under the supervision of qualified optometrist lecturer for the ocular assessment. It is free of charge.

The eye health check-up is including:
1. Checking the power of the eyes (refraction)
2. Checking the basic structure of the eye ( Cornea, Crystaline lens, retina etc)
3. Checking Strabismus (misalignment of both eyes), lazy eye
4. Preliminary Checking Cataract, Glaucoma
5. Color Vision Testing, and some others ocular health examination.
