HARGA EMAS merosot sejak Ogos 2011: ramai yg tertekan

Salam.

Aku kembali semula untuk educate orang ramai tentang bahaya pelaburan emas yg dipromosikan oleh trader-trader emas.

Kesimpulannya, EMAS bukanlah portfolio yang sesuai untuk pelaburan jangka pendek mahupun sederhana. Yang SENTIASA UNTUNG tak kira harga emas naik mahu pun turun hanyalah penjual-penjual emas!


Kalau ada duit lebih, lebih baik korang simpan dalam ASB. Kalau rasa nak untung berlipat ganda, buatlah perniagaan yg sebenar yg menawarkan value kepada pelanggan (makanan, ilmu, produk dan lain-lain). Bukan "meniaga" emas yang turun dan naik harga bergantung sepenuhnya kepada SPEKULASI (GHARAR) dan MANIPULASI (MAYSIR/JUDI) pemain-pemain besar antarabangsa.

melampau arr kata pelaburan emas tu bahaya....
tapi pun melampau jugak kata emas tu 'sentiasa' naik sahaje..... takde turun2....


kalau bace tajuk hang, harge jatuh sejak ogos...
tak tau la hang sengaje elak fakta sebenar atau tak buat cheking terlebih dulu...
sebab dia pernah bounce somewhere in bulan 10 & 11...
so penurunan kali ni yg setara dgn bulan ogos adelah perkara tak pelik...
tak pernah lagi aku dgr harganya jatuh lebih rendah compare to the same month for previous year..
kalau ade sila correct me pls...



aku bukan fanatik emas..
tapi aku percaya bahawa emas adalah backbone dan sandaran kpd sistem ekonomi
speculation hanya boleh menjejaskan sentimen jual panik sahaje... not the real value of the gold...

pelaburan emas ni, bukannya pasif income. sekali jual dah termenung bila nak beli balik. tapi kena ada jugak utk tujuan simpanan dan warisan. kalau betul-betul nak buat duit, kena lar jadi tokey emas

Caesar Bryan - Central Banks Aggressively Buying Gold

With gold trading $20 higher and silver solidly back above $32, today King World News interviewed 25 year veteran Caesar Bryan.  Gabelli & Company has over $31 billion under management and Caesar Bryan has managed the gold fund since its inception in 1994.  Caesar told KWN that central banks have been aggressively accumulating physical gold into weakness in the paper price of gold.  Caesar went on to discuss silver and the mining shares as well, but first here is what he had to say about gold:  “Well, there’s been a bit of a transfer from the paper players, those involved on the COMEX and in the futures market who have been liquidating.  On the other hand, the physical buyers, including central banks, are stepping in to accumulate gold.”

"The central banks have been accumulating a great deal of physical gold at these lower levels.  So there’s a bit of a tug of war going on between the futures market and the physical market. It’s really gut-wrenching what has taken place.  Yesterday was a very disappointing day for some of my equity holdings.

The WSJ reports that "The Turkish government, facing a bloated current-account deficit that threatens to derail the country's rapid expansion, is trying to persuade Turks to transfer their vast personal holdings of gold into the country's banking system." The reason: "The push to tap into the individual gold reserves—the traditional form of savings here—is part of Ankara's efforts to reduce a finance gap that is currently about 10% of gross domestic product." In other words, "sequester" the population's hard assets (politely of course), and convert these to paper to fund the country's creditors, both foreign and domestic.

haiwan ternakan macam kambing pun kena zakat. Apa kata kita jadikan kambing tu sebagai legal tender? Lagi menarik, wang tu boleh melompat2 dan meragut rumput lalu membesar dengan sendirinya (automatic value appreciation)
