Responsibilities:
- Perform administration duties such as data entry and checking, filling and general administrative support.
- Assisting in daily billing, invoicing and monitoring payment status.
- Attend phone calls and answer appropriately to customers' inquiry.
- Organize and manage documents, records and filing efficiently.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Microsoft office especially in Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently, independently, reliable and responsible.
- Willing to learn and have a positive working attitude.
- Committed and high discipline in working.
- Able to start immediately is an advantage
