Requirements:
• Male
• Above 23 to 28 years of age.

• High motivated, Pleasant personality

• Degree/Diploma in electronic engineering major incomputing, computer engineering or IT related disciplines

• Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in IT retailindustries

• Good written and commutations skills in English and BahasaMelayu

• Possess own transport.

• Processvalid class D driving license.

Responsibilities :
• To assist in IT related project installation and setup.

• Able to explain and demonstrate to customers on AV/ITProducts.

• To provide tele-support service to customers on theoperational & effective use of AV/IT products.

• Able to evaluate and advise on new product development onAV and IT.

Attributes:
• Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and solve problem.

• Must be reliable and service minded.

• Faster learner and able to work independent

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to interact with all level of customers

Remuneration Package:
• Basic salary RM 2,500 – RM 2,800
