hi all,
let's have some discussion on the topic given... u can list out what are the factors contribute to the good performance on ur work....

note: this is for study purpose...hope u guys care to share

my list:
1) better paid
2) comfortable work environment
3) good relation among the staff and also top management
4) flexible working condition

2. good pay
3. leadership
4. teamwork
5. systematic
many yet but 5 is enough is it?

my list:
1) better paid
your list tu mmg general, tp mcm mana you nak justify pulak ?
1.better paid in what sense ? better from what ? previous job or within the industry players ?
2.comfortable work environment generally is the responsibilty of the employer, depa wajib provide this kind of envi to their employees...and employees wajib maintain the situation
3. good relations - of course sgt penting, therefore smooth comm tu perlu, jgn dok perlekeh org lain/colleagues, kurangkan maki hamun, mengata sana-sini on other people's performance, jgn dok bodek-bodek, pilih kasih...
4. flexible - la ni ada byk juga co yg adopt telecommuting, so tak attend office physically...ataupun flex working hours, esp utk mak-mak yg kena take care anak or other family, asalkan boleh report back to the management on their work progress...
among other that could be the contributing factors :
>employee engagement ; how loyal are they to the company
>development program; training courses provided - short term / long term
>systematic and structured work flow; klu work flow caca merba, jenuh...
>non monetary reward; appreciation, appointed as project leader for example, boleh boost tu...
>ideas, ideas, and ideas; kena be creative and berani work it out...bosses like it
by end of they, semua tu akan jadi the benchmark utk dptkan monetary remuneration....seadanya..he..he..
ni buat thesis ke? good topic...keep up the good effort !!
