Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor


Responsibilities

1.      Provide technicalsupport for computer hardware & software trouble shooting and networkingissues.
2.      System support.
3.      To provide supportcustomer through Phone & Internet.
4.      Help to build up goodcustomer relationship.
5.      Able to learn& support new hardware & software system.

Requirements

1.      Diploma or higher in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
2.      Strong analytical and problem solvingskill.
3.      Good interpersonal skill &communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
4.      Fluent in spoken & written inEnglish, Malay & Mandarin.
5.      Able to work independently andself-motivated.
6.      Knowledge in Windows application, etc.system backup, antivirus software, remote software.
7.      Knowledge in Microsoft Office &Networking.
8.      Experience in PC troubleshooting.
9.      Able to work under pressureenvironment.
10. Willing to work night shift &working base in Puchong.
