HYUNDAI 3S CENTRE OPENS IN KLANG

KLANG, 1 August 2013 – Hyundai customers in Klang and its neighbouring vicinity can now look forward to more convenience with the opening of a 3S service centre by Century Autohaus Sdn Bhd.
The new RM8.5 million sales, service and spare parts centre will serve customers in Klang and nearby areas like Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor and Banting.
Mr Lau Yit Mun, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors Sdn Bhd (HSDM) and Mr. Kim Hoo-Keun, Head of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) Asia & Pacific Regional Headquarters, attended the 3S centre’s opening event today.
Mr. Kim Hoo-Keun said he is impressed with the growing number of 3S centres in Malaysia. “The growing number of 3S centres reflects the growing sales of Hyundai/Inokom vehicles in Malaysia and I am happy that Malaysian motorists are seeing the value of owning a Hyundai vehicle,” said Mr Kim.

This new 3S centre is also in compliance with the Hyundai Dealer Enhancement Programme (DEP). The DEP was introduced by HMC to reinforce Hyundai’s brand presence by aligning it with Hyundai’s global corporate image as well as to enhance customers’ ownership experience.
“We see the business potential with Hyundai’s growing customer base and with this new centre, we aim to cope with the increasing throughput more efficiently,” said Mr Andrew Lee, Managing Director of Century Autohaus Sdn Bhd.
This new 3S facility measures 11,000 sq ft and is built on a land size of approximately 18,000 sq ft. It houses a total of eight service bays with two bays allocated for Quick Service, a customer lounge that is equipped with free WiFi, coffee making facility and a sales showroom.
Mr Lau congratulated Century Autohaus for the new 3S centre opening and their innovative approach in improving customer satisfaction and service quality. He commented that the network expansion of Hyundai’s 3S centres nationwide is one of the company’s strategies to improve customer service and customer satisfaction. “Currently, Hyundai has a 4% market share in the state of Selangor and we hope with the new models that are coming in, Hyundai will be able to increase its market share,” added Mr Lau.
This new 3S centre is located at Lot 25065, Jalan Jelai 10/KS1, Teluk Gadong Besar, Port Klang. The service centre operates from Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 6.00pm and is closed on Sundays. The sales showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 8.00pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00am to 6.00pm. For more information about the services of this 3S centre, kindly call 03-316 66333.
