MB: Serbuan JAIS memalukan, rosakkan majlis kahwin 730 32

Saya bersetuju dgn pandangan MB selangor nih. Pada pandangan saya, organisasi2 agama kita perlu di"revamp" atau ditambahbaikkan. Kebelakangan ini byk isu-isu yg berkaitan dgn islam yg tidak ditangani dengan elok dan efisyen. Ini telah menimbulkan byk pandangan negatif masyarakat luar terhadap islam.

Kalaupun nak siasat buat lah selepas majlis kahwin atau sebelumnya?
Takkan tengah majlis serbu pulak... ini apa macam? Macam teroris ada lah. |

Tidah sopan menyerbu di rumah ibadat orang atau majlis orang. Perbuatan begini tida bertamadun serta biadab. Sepatutnya Islamic religious authority membuah siasatan dahulu sebelum membua penyerbuan. |

Ini memalukan Islam.
Islam itu sendiri sesuatu yg memalukan - masih terikut2 adat kurun ke 7 sedangkan dunia berada di abad ke 21 dan terus mara.
Yang aku menyesalkan adalah - terdapat 300 tetamu di majlis perkhawinan itu, kenapa seorang pun tak pijak je pegawai2 JAIS itu sampai mati? Kalau seorang dua pegawai JAIS mati di raid2 spt ini, baru orang2 Arab ciplak di Malaysia akan rasa takut dan berwas2 sebelum masuk ke tempat kaum lain dan berlagak macam samseng Arab,

kawan ISLAM arab saya cakap,
dia datang ke malaysia belajar, dia cukup malu sebagai muslim bila lihat agama allah agama Islam di politikan.... dan segala yg muncul dlm TV yg mewakily islam memang memalukan,
wakaupun saya bukan muslim, tapi yg memalukan negara birpun raja bomoh, melayu muslim, saya rasa malu... bila diketawakan oleh org china dgn saya... sebab saya sayangkan malaysia

tindakan JAIS dlm isu ini di panggil " tanggunjawab" kerana sudah menerima maklumat ...maka mereka bertindak....salah ke ?? saya bukan mempihak pada siapa2 tapi saya melihat dlm konsep fakta...
kenapa asyik salahkan Jais dlm semua hal??? satu lagi, negara ini adalah negara islam bukan negara hindu atau buddhist....so, kita kena respect lah..
betina tak boleh ke senyap2 bagitau awal2 pada JAIS...?

Lu bodoh kah? Do you know how many laws those raids actually broke?
JAIS have NO authority to stop any functions conducted in temples or other people's holy places. IF JAIS wanted to question the woman, they must do it BEFORE or AFTER the marriage, not during the marriage which is violation toward the girl's civil rights. She have the right to sue JAIS for their conducts at that day.
She also have been following the lawful procedure to have her ID card changed since she was 18 years old (as she have given statement) and had spend RM 20,000 for law procedures which was unsuccessfully because Muslims do not want to allow it. So she said "F*%K you" (to ISLAM) and went about with her marriage. What she did was correct, it is Islamic department and Selangor Government which should be held responsible for this stupidity in their side.
And lastly, the Police should have produce a warrant or legal reasons for supporting JAIS in the raid, WHICH THEY DID NOT. Their presence there as if she was a common criminal was against the Constitution which this Country is based on. The Police should be sued as well.
As I said before, I'm surprised why no one defended this girl during this unlawful raid by JAIS. At least her husband was man enough to tie the "thali" before she was taken for questioning. Last edited by Sephiroth on 6-6-2014 10:31 AM

Yes, but they must first grow balls between their legs.
I have notice no association calling themselves Hindus have ever step forward to help anyone in this matters before, even so there have been many cases where stupid parents (usually the father) who converts their children unknowngly.

maybe one of guest or 'jiran' noticed in the weeding card or whatever info she carried muslim name.
so, that person done the job being muslim.
what you do when such situation? keep silent or doing your job as muslim to report to authority?

Like i says, Jais has responsibility to act...if there received tip off, do you expect them to be silent?

simple, she should consult JAIS before the marriage.......

Police cannot act on this as this JAIS authority....during the Investigation not raid, they found she carrying muslim name..
there no such thing taliban act in the so called raid....peoples just like 2 cook up stories ...this not fair...

again this not raid...just an investigation to find out why her name as muslim and conduct in hindu ceremony...
