bestnya kalo kurus time raya nih....

nak kurus tapi kuat makan...malas senam....

elok ler memulakan rutin menjadi vegetarian dan fruitarian dan bersenam setiap hari....
minom byk air yer

Senang je....
Sarapan jangan tinggal...amik separuh dari yang biasa amik...kalau biasa makan 2 bungkus nasi lemak, makan sebungkus je...
Skip makan tengahari....kalau lapar makan buah....
Makan malam jangan tinggal...makan sebelum maghrib....
Amik separuh dari biasa yang diambil....
Amalkan...kalau lapar,makan buah....

G jogging selang sehari atau paling kurang 3 kali seminggu...
Starting buat dalam 1km...2km...dah lama sikit up jadi 3-4 km...
Target 5km dalam masa 30 minit...
kalau konsisten...dalam masa sebulan bleh dapat...
Joging paling cepat berat turun...

kalau ko ikut jadual tu...paling kurang seminggu ko dapat kurang 1kg...
paling bagus...seminggu 1 kg...
kalau lebih takut badan terkejut...nanti makin tak sihat...

Mengikut pengalaman sendiri buat diet tak mkn nasi akan turun sebln dlm 1kg...
Buat diet atkins dlm sbln leh turun5-6kg <----- bergantung pd berat seseorg.
Kalau nak turun 8kg kena buat diet dan bersenam sekali.
Sambil2 tu minum cuka apple dan green tea.

Dekat thread ni kat bwh nun ada pasai diet atkins.
Xpa nak bg senang buat diet ni... tinggalkan gula dan karbohidrat minum byk air.
Mkn protein ja dlm masa dua minggu.
Ingat gula, buah, nasi, mee, mihun, roti, pasta sewaktu dgnnya xleh mkn.
Mkn telur, ayam, daging, sayur hijau..
