Tringin nak ada body lawa... berat I ada turun sbb buat diet atkins.. tp tknak la menggeleber je....sobsob.. sy ni masih lgi student..
ada prgi tgk Peak Physique di Sogo KL. Dah masuk survey tgk. Luas. Byk btol peralatan fitness nya. Siap ada sauna lagi tu hehe .
Tp regernya sbulan dalam rm200 ke bawah. Tp sblum hrga tu. Kena byar apa ntah. Skali dgn kad akses dia. Dkat ribu jgak tu wuwuwu @.@
Tp bru2 ni ada kwan bgitau ada gym dkt avenue K. Fitness first namanya. Ada sapa2 pernah prgi sana? Yg mana lagi oke..

Cam mahal je utk student enrol gym commercial camtu... Better cari cheaper options gym kat luar.. 200 sebulan tu quite a lot considering ure a student.. Takut tak consistent kan,,, sayang je duit tu... Why not u buat trial je dulu,,, see how u can commit for 2-3 months..

ape kata ko cari dekat2 ngan umah ko atau university ko ke. sbb pengalaman aku, kejap je org yg naik lrt ni nak pergi gym. lps sbln, mula la terasa berat. mls. duit byk keluar la.. tp kalau ko nak, ko try yg sebulan atau 3 bulan punya dulu. tgk motivasi ko tahap mana. walaupun sebulan n 3 bulan tu byr mahal sket, tp xpe.

by the way, kalau ko bukak groupon, dorg byk bagi free trial sebulan atau unlimited access ke gym sebulan. rege bawah rm50. ape kata ko try tu dulu.

tt jangan terus pilih package. setiap gym ada trial period dia...tt try yg tu dulu..tengok okay ke tak gym tu..try kelas2 yang ada sebelum commit...

kat forum lowyat ada thread gym membership transfer...quite useful untuk mereka yang nak try gym for short duration sbb ramai nak letgo their membership cuz they can't commit due to work,study..etc...
