Dog exercise shouldn’t be extending around the countryside or the local roads on a lead though for a healthy walk. In fact, when it comes to how much exercise does my puppy need walking a good rule of thumb means that puppies should get no more than 5 minutes of exercise for each month of age stage, twice times a day.
