Begini ceritanya, keputusan pre employment test tu Akan effect tak offer letter Kita?

Sedang kan dah hantar surat resign. Nanti kalau keputusan pre employment tu tak bagus, Kita
Kena resign dr company baru ke?

Dah signed offer letter. Dah htr Surat resign.

Buat ujian x-Ray, ujian air kencing, ambil darah, penglihatan, check tubuh bahan,
Soalan basic pernah hospitalization ke tak.

sebab tu kena sign surat offer dulu baru hantar surat resign

Ada penyakit serius ke? Most ppl lepas je even bmi ada lari. Ada kolestrol agak tgi. Kes2 spt itu. Kalau ada sakit yg efek keje opcoz tak lepas lerrr.

if its very early sometimes okay tapi zaman skrg ni pergi mana2 company mmg mostly discriminate preggers so mmg diorang takkan amik bekerja. even yg pregnant shorly after masuk kerja pun probation kena extend bagai, ada yg nyaris2 nak diberhentikan, ada yg ckp kenapa tak declare ms interview

mcm2 hal lah kalau pregnant. tapi i tak nafikan ada yg rezeki murah ms pregnant dpt je.

lg 1 ms pre employment health screen kene xray so preggers mana blh xray kan

I takut sangat medical check up tak lepas sbb pregnant.

Yes, dah buat X-ray. Result sepenuh nya x tahu lagi. Sebab

Depend pd company tu. If the comp x kisah hire pregnant lady then takkan ada issue.
Tp from comp perspective, new pregnant staff mostly akan bawa mcm2 issue later on. Dgn mc berturutan, safety issue, morning sickness & last maternity leave and issue takde pengasuh etc. Sapa yg kna replace, of cos akan timbul issue x puas ati pd staff len...

you proceed med checkup even preg? how far along are u now? setau i kan tak blh lahh xray ms preg diorg suruh kita sign declare xpregnant. camne u lepas? lps tu baru tau?

selalunya dlm offer letter ada clause "subject to result of pre-employment check". Jadi walau pun dah sign offer letter, company masih boleh withdraw offer kalau medical check shows positif pregnant, dll.

setau aku, mmg ada sesetengah company reject bila tau pompuan tu pregnant tp company takkan ckp direct rejection tu sebab pregnant sebab menyalahi akta pekerjaan rasanya. so company akan bg reason lain walhal tak nak ambik sebab pregnant.

tapi dulu ada satu company ambik aku keje wpun masa tu aku pregnant 3 bln tp utk fair, offer tu ditukar jd contract basis. so medical check up mmg x buat. kiranya win2 situation. kalau aku x bagus keje sepanjang pregnant so contract x payah sambung. aku keje jgk smpi abis contract & aku sdri yg x nk contract tu disambung sb dpt offer lagi baik lps contract tu tamat.
