Leo sudah lama stop nasi atau dalam process?

Dlm process nak stop nasi. Slowly nak Kurang kan nasi. Sometimes i take spaghetti. Exercise pon i buat simple2 sebab tak sempat masa.

iols pernah alami
senam gila2...mmg rajin
tp x diet...mkn mcm biasa...amik ko berat tak trun
makin naik ada...rupanya kurang pengetahuan

ils sampai give up
sebab letih weh senam
so baca dan baca lg info diet/kesihatan
aper perlu dikurangkan
ha ko 2mggu turn 2kg

baru semangat mencanak2 balik

kalaulah mutia tahu lebih awal ... dah jimat beribu riban dah (cost pergi slimming center seperti yg mutia pernah tulis sebelum ini dan juga cost beli barangan direct selling which is herbalife and also cost beli barangan cream badan yg kononnya improving cellulite )

Am currently trying to lose weight...15kgs..i bg tempoh 8 bulan..urghhhh..payahnya laa..that day,dh buat but somehow stop n tak jaga makan..naikla balik.
sekarang nitgh start balik..

Mutia, bleh share bfast/lunch punya menu tak.buntu la.I normally bwk bekal for bfast n lunch.malas nk beli kt luar which for sure akan terbabas..

May I know what is ur workout routi ...

Aah.. I amek 2x...sebab lps workout all over body very sore. So dgn protein shake dpt recover tisu2 muscle yg tercedera ketika workout.

Seminggu 3x pergi gym:

Isnin/ rabu:
normally 11am-1pm ( lower body)
Jumaat: 3pm-5.30pm (upper body tricep,bicep etc)

I focus more for lower body.

10 minutes warmup ( treadmil)
I did sumo squats 30kg: 3repsx 10x
Lunges 10x 3reps
Deadlift 30kg 3reps x 10x
Leg curl 15kg x 3reps each 10x

These the routine for lower body yg biasa sy buat.

Will go for upper step by step.  Kalo tak ada masa buat kat bilik je.

Sit up 50x
Bumping 30x
Squats 10kg

Too bz tp sempat curi masa ...

Ada a few jenis ebook..beli tahun lps..so maybe skrg dh upgrade n byk choice agaknya..aku bli yg basic je..ada pdf explain details psl kalori..ada excel utk kiraan kalori bdn..ada pdf 25tips nk reduce weight..yg aku slalu cek kefahaman psl kalori..byk kali gak baca utk fhm..yg lain tips biasa je berguna la jgk..

Leo my dinner usually will be the same as my lunch but I cut the complex carbohydrate nya into half (leo boleh tengok my instagram account my food picture http://instagram.com/mutiasd )

contohnya jika lunch mutia makan ayam percik putih bersama ngan sayur dan ubi .... Dinner mutia tak makan ubi dan sayur punya amount juga kurang sikit but still eat sayur.

Mutia tengah cek kat bodybuilding.com exercise punya routine ... Tengah nak compile exercise gym yg boleh buat kat rumah untuk mutia buat start on May .... Still akan buat exercise jillian but only 1 time and 3 times buat gym at home .... wish me luck

ohya can u ask ur fiance ... How much the cost to be PT? Thanks in advance

Huhu. I ve katam the jilians pnye video. Dlu rajin buat kt uma folo jilians's video. Last tahun 2010 xsilap.now laptop da kene Curik so smua video da xde.

Nway about PT tgk area. Mostly KL ikut sesi. Ada 6sesi sampai RM1200, and ada 1sesi rm100-150. Depends juga dgn PT background. Saya xpernah guna PT.. tp bagus AdA PT kita akan sendirinya lebih berdisiplin.. and xmanja2..  

So how abt sis mutia, whats ur routine workoutn and which routine u prefer

Owh just reduce carbohydrate intake. Usually after breakfast gap before lunch mutia ambik apa if terasa lapar ke. Sbb i kadang ambik biskut low calorie.

Not yet discuss ngan husband lagi ... Just survey2 ... It will be great thing to do something that I like which is make other people healthy but if I become PT ... Only PT for female jer
