xbanyak perubahan still not 100% eat clean... will try my best to eat clean 100%

Mutia nampak ramai preggy yg implement clean eating .... Once baby dah lahir, mama dia kembali seperti asal in few days ... Of course sometimes banyak hick up specially jika tengah mengidam .... But the next day they go back to clean eating again ... And yeah their baby healthy

Sekarang julia sudah berapa bulan?

For lifting weight ... Now I am using 10lbs ... InsyaAllah next week akan increae the weight coz  I have more energy and I don't feel pain lifting 10lbs

Barbell untuk buat squat sekarang empty tanpa weight (empty tanpa weight berat barbell is 7 kg) ... Plan nak beli the  weight utk next week juga

kan...makan tu the hardest part...me too

sekarang ni menjurus ke arah clean eating walaupun x berapa clean sangat.

dulu x pandang product label, ingredients semua...janji sedap main pulun je.
sekarang rajin lah sikit menengok label makanan.

process food dah kurang sungguh....cuma bab cheese esp cheesecake tu macam susah sikit nak tinggal.

oat kalau kita grind...complexity of the carb tu tak bertukar kan?

Sekarang dah masuk 5 bulan dah..br je pg checkup bulanan tadi. Tapi ekna rujuk pakar pemakanan..sebab berat tak berapa memuaskan. Dalam 13 minggu hanya naik 1 kg je...Ni gara2 tak lalu nak makan..

i hv no problem with upper body.. tp lower body...

waist - 64cm
lower waist/pelvic - 81cm
hips - 93cm

weight - 51kg

cikpinkish ade idea x.. caner nk mengecikkan butt/thigh...

btw, resepi oats tue mcm nk cube jee...

salam sis mutia
sy pun ikut thread ni dari awal and ade add sis kat IG
mula2 baca tu tgk sis skip nasi rasa cam tak boleh je nak ikut
sbb sy mmg mkn small portion dari dulu so nasi pun ambil sket je
ntah mcm mane ade satu minggu tu sy takde mood nak mkn so sy try skip nasi
bila dpt skip sehari lps tu jadi 2 hari..tahu2 lps tu dah 2 minggu sy skip nasi
tp sy mkn seimbang lah and try to eat clean as much as i can
senaman jgk bila sempat

honestly dulu sy mmg jenis badan kurus
tp lps dulu sy pernah sakit dan ambil ubat dan stop senaman berat2
dlm tempoh 6 yrs berat sy naik 10 kg
walau pun x perasan sgt tp sy dpt rasa ( 45kg to 55kg) dgn tinggi 158cm
masa tu semua org pun tgr..hahaha
anyway sy start senaman balik and makan small portion tp berat dah susah nak turun
turun pun antara 1 to 2 kg je
tp lepas skip nasi dlm 2 weeks my dad tegur ckp dah kurus
sy rasa cam biasa2 je tp bila pegi timbang rumah kwn tgk dah 51 kg
yg tu mmg terkejut jgk

anyway sy mmg suka x mkn nasi ni sbb badan sy dah tak lesu
tengah hari dah tak mengantuk
badan ringan and buat keje pun ade je tenaga
tp yg tak best nye rasa berat makin turun dah nmpk tulang2 pulak..hahah
so ade cara lain tak nak maintain berat...contoh nya bila sy dah 50 kg sy tak nak turun lagi

thanks sis @msd_brit for all the info.. i like it so much
and sorry tak dpt nak share measurement sbb sy mmg tak measure
anyway kalau sis dah habis share boleh la share tips2 jaga muka ke ape2

Did you realize your abs got shape?

To maintain the weight is another art by itself but I manage doing it. What I feel that to maintain it .... it more challenging.

May I know what kind of exercise u r doing right now? Now I am doing gym ... no cardio. If I do cardio, I realize that my weight drop again and also my muscle. When I just do weight .... I getting stronger, my body shape nicely even though I am thin and my lean muscle increAse and my fat drop more faster and yet my weight remain the same.

For the food ... to maintain the weight .. I eat more breakfast, I add quinoa/black rice/10 grains  in my lunch on top of protein and vege BUT for dinner, I remain the same as when I want to drop weight which is protein and vegetables

Topic of the day is FBW

FBWs are ‘fat burner walks’, a walk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach when blood sugar is at its highest. Low intensity exercise is best in the morning as high intensity exercise before breakfast will use glycogen from muscles to convert to energy. 45 minutes is the best time to go for.

A Fat Burner Walk is done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach when your blood sugar and insulin levels are at their lowest as you have fasted overnight. This is your optimal time to burn fat stores as fuel. Low intensity exercise is best in the morning because if you do high intensity exercise at this time of day (before breakfast) you will use glycogen from muscles, as converting fat to energy is too slow and is an inefficient process for high intensity exercise.

You need to do a fast paced walk at a low intensity. Doing this on an empty stomach ensures that you are burning fat and not the food in your stomach. You need to do it for approximately 45 minutes as anywhere after 20 minutes is when your body starts to burn fat.
When doing your FBW on a treadmill, look at using a slight incline to increase the intensity but stick to a lower speed – it is not a jog or run.

Calculate your maximum heart rate (220 - your age = MHR) and if the treadmill has a heart rate monitor use it to reach approximately 60% of your optimum heart rate and then sit there for 45 minutes on those settings. It is the same principal for a bike or cross trainer.

Before your FBW in the morning, have a glass of water with lemon juice squeezed into it. This will help to jump start your metabolism and have that working together with your fat stores to burn unwanted weight.


Personally, I did FBW only like 3 times in a month ... But its really good option for some people outthere
