I already banned facial long time ago.
never go to do facial like the past 3 years.
If nak manjakan diri, I will go to body message instead tetapi skip message my chest area (hubby larang)

I think the right method is NOT SKIPPING MEAL
ini yg mutia cuba sampaikan.
Fuel your body with the RIGHT food. Eat 5-6 times a day.
Don't look at meal as your enemy and afraid of it. Do Clean Eating ... your food will be your best friend and will make your body stronger and leaner.
Increasing metabolism is the way.

kalau nk lose weight calorie hari2 kena burn 500..around sejam..thats why berat naik sbb 100 tak c ...
x larat nak burn 500kcl sehari... sy paling banyak pon 400kcl... last two month mmg boleh tp sbb bulan puasa i freeze gym membership... so bila start balik boleh menggigil kaki... 1 jam baru dapat 400 kcl jer... sedih... n now i kena xcercise in the morning atas sbb2 yg x dpt dielakkan... boleh bg pendapat x atau ada apa2 fakta tak if exercise in the morning i should take bfast before or after workout??? klu after apa yg patut sy makan bf workout??? Banana ok??? sbb td sy just minum plain water rs cam pening2 sikit... huhu....
N i schedule i punya workout Isnin,Rabu, Jumaat - Cardio.... Selasa & Khamis - weight training and abs.... ok tak??? setiap sesi boleh 1 hour or kurang.... terkejar2 nak gi keje... hehe...

sy bese exercise pg tanpa makan pape
mengikut my coach, kaki gym..dia ckp better dlm sejam tu(40minit cardio/20minit weight training)..instead of satu hari cardio satu hari weight training

400kcl klu guna elliptical.. klu guna treadmill lg sikit... sbb sy x leh lari.. hehe.. ada sorg PT pon ajar cm tu gk... 40m cardio 20m weight... dulu sy mmg buat cm gitu... berat x kurang sgt... tp ramai tgr kata sy kurus...
time sy freeze 2 bulan tu sy ada beli satu buku ni... dia yg kata mcm2 cara leh tp dia suggest buat sehari cardio sehari weight.. better katanye.. sy try 1 bulan nnti sy bgtau ada beza ke tidak...
ada sorg lg trainer ajar dia suh workout 3x je seminggu... 1 hari workout 1 hari rest....
