Do you think if a Muslim (or Christian or any other religion dropout) become an atheist, he or she will stop being what he or she was?
A Muslim will remain a muslim regardless whether he follows the religion or not. This is because each person shapes their mentality accordance to their belief system since they are young and they will not change. In that context, he is a Muslim even if he had left Islam.

There are two famous cases of incest or attempted incest in Hindu scripture, and in both cases the practice is unequivocally condemned:
http://hinduism.stackexchange.co ... -in-hindu-mythology
Brahma and Saraswati: As I discuss in this answer, when Brahma created Saraswati, he immediately fell in love with her, and she evaded him by going in different difrections, but he sprouted a head in each of the four directions until finally she went above him and he grew a fifth head pointed up toward Devaloka. This chapter of the Shatapatha Brahmana of the Yahur Veda describes what happened next:
Pragapati [Brahma] conceived a passion for his own daughter... 'May I pair with her!' thus (thinking) he united with her. This, assuredly, was a sin in the eyes of the gods. 'He who acts thus towards his own daughter, our sister, [commits a sin],' they thought. The gods then said to this god who rules over the beasts (Rudra), 'This one, surely, commits a sin who acts thus towards his own daughter, our sister. Pierce him!' Rudra [i.e. Shiva], taking aim, pierced him.
So Shiva cut off Brahma's fifth head, which is why he only has four heads today.
Yama and Yami: As discussed in the scriptures in my answer here, Yama god of death and Yami goddess of the Yamuna river were twin children of Surya the sun god and his wife Sanjana. Yet Yamuna developed a desire to marry Yama, on the bizarre grounds that they slept together in the womb, and thus they should do likewise outside the womb. But Yama refused her advances, as described in Book 10 Hymnn 10 of the Rig Veda:
I will not fold mine arms about thy body: they call it sin when one comes near his sister. Not me,—prepare thy pleasures with another: thy brother seeks not this from thee, O fair one.
Besides those two instances, there are various examples of cousin marriage and uncle-niece marriage, but those aren't considered incest.

And as punishment, Brahma lost one of his fifth head and is not worshipped by humans. There are only one or two temples for Brahma (in India build during ancient time and maintained to this day).
Didn't your qoute clearly showed that Yama REJECTED Yami's proposal (for marriage) by calling it Sin? How is it incest when in both cases, the person guilty (first is Brahma and second is Yami) have received the proper punishment and rejection? |

it is sin, but yet yr Gods committed sin... how can Gods sin? ![](static/image/smiley/default/laught16.gif)

Because ALL Creations are bound by Laws of Karma - action and reaction.
Man, Gods, Demons and animal species - they all fall in love with their own creations all the time. And Love, like any other emotions - will lead one to commit Sin.

EVERYTHING which exist within the Universe are bound by Laws of Karma - which include the Creator and His Creation.
Unlike ALL the other religions, Hinduism's "true God" is NOT the large number of its Gods and Goddesses but Laws of Karma. The Laws are impartial to everyone, forgiving to NO ONE, bends to NOTHING and ever changing with actions and reactions of all the sentient beings within the World and in the Universe (in general).
True Hindus are those who tries understands the Unwritten Laws (by following the written words of their forefathers) and this is why no one was able to conquer Hinduism even so it existed for over 10,000 years and will exist for as long as Mankind walks the Earth.

![](static/image/smiley/default/indifferent0001.gif)

we atheists life our to the fullest
Fullest? Full of bull$hit more like it.
Atheists have the highest number of suicides among all others as they don't believe in afterlife and therefore have no problem ending their own lives if they cannot take the pressures of life. It is not we (theists) who are weak minded but it is you. You (atheists) WILL NEVER raise up to the life's challenges.
While we're at it, why don't we look at some of the worst atheists ever :-

I love what Jeffrey Dahmer said - which is very similar to nonsense you are speaking of. He said (and I qoute) : “if a person doesn’t think that there is a God to be accountable to, then what’s the point of trying to modify your behavior to keep it within acceptable ranges?”
When he was caught and send to trial, the court found him "accountable" for his action and rejected his insanity plead. That's God's answer to him. ![](static/image/smiley/default/th_2lol.gif)
