Based on my experience, kolestrol tinggi 6.5 so i amal oat bran biogrow rm50/tin n habiskan 2 tin..drop ke 4.39 selepas 2 bln..Alhamdulillah..lg senang nak mkn oat bran sbb dalm bentuk serbuk n shake saja..
Yeke? Thanks for the sahring. Ada sesetengah orang tak suka nak makan oat yang kena masak tu but if dah ada yang shake and the taste much more better why not try.
