lantik lawyer sendiri atau minta Bank cadangkan

lantik lawyer sendiri atau minta Bank cadangkan - kene lawyer gak ke @ charges la tu? Loan dgn majlis perbandaran/daerah....

1stly kena identified hartanah tu ada geran atau x
charges lawyer utk pelepasan gadaian atau R & R xde mahal mana
dlm ratus2 aje x silap
klu perlepasan gadaian tu boleh buat sendiri
just isi borang 16N then leh sign depan pentadbir tanah
tp R & R tu bit rumit
klu loan dgn pejabat daerah then gie sana minta surat perlepasan loan dulu

harap membantu
saya cuma bg info apa yg saya taw

mcm ni la yg sy buat utk uruskan harta pusaka arwah abah sy,bln 9 thun lpas submit borg, 25hb ni dpgil ke pejabat tnah utk agkt sumpah..\

Maaf.. lmbt reply..
biasanya loan ditawarkan oleh institusi kewangan. Cth mcm bank, lppsa. Dgn pej daerah, sy x pasti.
Urusan lps gadaian (setel byrn) akan diurus oleh pemegang gadaian. Tuan tanah akn terima borang 16N, salinan 16A dan geran. Pastu tuan tanah bawak lh geran ni g pej daerah.
