share tips kecikkan peha dengan betis pls

aku bukan nak salahkan rangka tapi, aku rasa adik beradik aku memang jenis yang peha besar, betis besar. mak aku kabo dia time mengandung dulu rajin makan pisang (sebab tu lah kot???)
ada setengah orang tu peha besar, tapi betis kecik (ok lah tu) tapi iols dua dua besaaar. nampak hodoh benau bila pakai jeans! tolonggg

first time iols dengar peha besar sbb makan pisang

ce chuols buat exercise yg focus kan kat lower limbs
takes time so kene banyak kan zikir and sabr

sebelum ni aku ada problem besar punggung dan peha. sekarang dah ok sikit. aku buat benda ni menyeluruh

1. jaga makan..no kudap2..no jajan..jangan makan malam
2. minum air banyak - 2 liter
3. exercise - setiap hari selepas bangun tido dan sebelum tido plank 1 minit
tiap kali gi mandi..squat 25x - so total sehari 50
4. main badminton 2 jam non stop..2x seminggu
5. zumba 1 jam nonstop..sekali seminggu
6.mana2 hari yg tak zumba n badminton..buat la
-bridge exercise
-lunges
-sit up
-leg raises
semuanya kiraan 20 je. tapi konsisten. berat turun, punggung n peha mengecil, perut pun tak buncit

7. haa..1 lagi..sebelum tido..minum green tea/herbal tea niuslim - ni utk detox..senang nak kurus

I target nak kecikkan paha yg muscular so I x boleh buat exercise yg mbina lg muscle. I buat this workout n paha jd slimmer. I dh cuba n it worked. Still doing it.

buat squats, lunges..p jogging / buat cardio exercise pun ok jugak..
