Wassalam...
tak salah kita, utk mekap tahan lama boleh guna fixing spray lepas dah siap make up..
yg facial mist mcm Avene tu tujuannya utk melembapkan kulit with or without make up..tapi selalunya kalau spray lepas make up boleh jadi bercapuk kalau over spray......dan kita selalu over spray sebab air dlm botol tu sejuk so sedap la spray spary spray and spray... |

SETTING SPRAYS (Mac Fix+ etc...)
Setting Sprays have one major function they are supposed to fill - and that is to mesh your makeup in to one layer. (NOT add to the wear length of your makeup. I repeat, NOT!!!) When you spray a setting spray over make up, everything you’ve applied should kind of merge in to one, quick drying liquid so it avoids slipping and separating and it takes the edge off the 'powdered look'. All setting sprays contain botanical oils. These oils (in minute spray form) when applied to the complete powdered face actually burst the microspheres in the powder (Weird sentence.... but I mean it merges the powder and foundation and concealer together as much as possible) and kind of turn it in to one layer of product.
It does NOT offer any or very very little fixative value or staying power. If your foundation tends to slip - then yes, you'll see more staying power. Otherwise. It's a merging and 'de-powdering' agent ONLY. Confusingly, regardless of it's name, Mac Fix + is a setting spray and will not offer more hold. If applied BEFORE make up it will make your foundation etc more difficult to blend and layer as it will set more quickly. Setting sprays should almost ALWAYS be applied after makeup application. If you're application is on point then you'll be fine with the blending time - otherwise, it gives people a lot less wriggle room to get a flawless base.

FIXING SPRAYS: (Urban Decal All Nighter, Skindinavia, Model in a Bottle etc..)
A FIXING spray has only one function also. That is to make your make up last as long as possible. Applying a fixing spray OVER a setting spray will make your make up last a LOT longer - applying a fix alone will make it last a little longer as you're really only fixing the top layer it can penetrate (remember, a setting spray merges them all so fixing after setting LOCKS THAT MOTHER IN!!)
From a chemical compound perspective fixing sprays have a little botanical oils, but less than setting sprays - but they do have alcohol (denatured of course). It's a key ingredient, but there are also others that function to i seal in the makeup. It works like a barrier OVER the setting spray that makes your sexily applied makeup budge proof.

kita facial mist tukar2..yes pernah guna Avene..Bio Essence....
kita tak pernah spray facial mist kat muka yg heavy make up.. sbb benda tu air kan so takut sememeh.... maybe kalau ada forumer yg selalu mekap pernah try sembur facial mist boleh share2 review...

ya mahal..huhu..kat sephora selalunya ada travel size utk fixing spray dan setting spray ni...botol kecik so murah sikit... now kita terfikir pula jenama mcm Maybelline, Revlon,Loreal takde setting/fixing spray kan? tak pernah nampak pun..so far yg kita nampak primer ada la..kalau ada kat drugstore maybe harganya akan lebih murah....

2 hari lepas kita kena duduk kat tempat open air dari pagi sampai tengah hari..walaupun tempat redup ada bumbung but still humidity cuaca kat Malaysia ni buat kulit jadi oily sangat... 
sampai terfikir kalau kita kena kerja outdoor memang kena beli fixing spray atau setting spray... tak rasa ada make up tak kira jenama apa pun boleh tahan dgn cuaca Malaysia ni.. |

Spring water dan argan oil mempunyai kegunaan berbeza x.x Spring water ini digunakan sebagai cleanser dan anti-microbial, menggantikan atau tambahan kepada air biasa. Argan oil pula adalah sejenis moisturizer berminyak. Kena tengok lah jenis kulit kamu - kalau kulit sangat oily then mungkin boleh cuba guna spring water dulu. Makeup melekat lebih baik pada kulit yang kering dan bersih, tetapi argan oil ini akan cepat kering juga dan tidak akan menjadi problem yang besar - hanya perlu tengok macam mana kulit akan bereaksi. |

Argan oil tu fungsi dia lebih kepada nak bagi foundation blend lebih mudah..some kind of emollient. Actually semua oil pun berfungsi sebagai emollient. Tapi argan oil ni lebih ringan berbanding minyak2 lain dan nilai comodegenik pun lebih rendah. So tak de block pori2 kulit. Fungsi yang berlainan dengan setting or fixing spray tu..
