Azam sy nak jadi lebih efficient,disiplin and teratur...

Jaga makan..sebab sy jenis belasah semua benda...tapi jenis tak naik badan...

Nak gi gym ,sebab nk toning...

Nak bykkan ibadat...

JAdi org yga baik2 dan lembut...

JAdi perkerja yg berdedikasi

Jadi morning person (Ya Allah susah amat,any tips?)

Move forward-dpt redha and lupakan kisah silam...

I am morning person. I sleep around 1am. But my body will not exceed my waking up time. 5.30 wajib terjaga.

I think its mind over matter. Train ur body n ur subconscious mind that u will wake up at certain time. It work for me. Kat u tatau la.try lor
