Bincang jelah dgn company.. cuti pun xyah lama sangat.. at least cuti kahwin dah claim.. |

kawen je lah sebelum masuk keje
skrg baru bulan empat
esok selasa ni bulan lima
awk uruskan borang2 selesai dlm dua minggu je segala bagai tu
so tak payah pikir nak kawen ke x sbb baru keje
kawen dulu baru masuk keje |

Dlm kontrak x sebut boleh ke tak kan? So boleh. Kerja2 mcm pramugari or u gi train utk jd nurse, x leh kawin or preggy. |

i kawin masa probation period. ambil unpaid leave xsilap.and not entitle for maternity leave pun. ok je. jgn lama2.

XDE MSLH pn nk kawin msa probation. prosedur dia ialah u kena inform new company bila dorg offer u kje tu. jz inform for courtesy and utk pllanning schedule. jz u xleh la apply leave lama2 unless u xkisah for unpaid leave. dun worry jz stick to the plan. xkn u xnk kwin sbb dpt kje baru kn?

kawan saya ada je yg kawen walapon baru sebulah lebih keja kt tpt baru... masa company tu offer keja dia mmg bg tau awal2 yg dia akan kawen sekian2 tarikh.. company tu xde mslh sbb kawan saya dah inform awal2 |

amek jela unpaid leave. lagipun cuti kwen lama sgt ke? ala halal jelaaa. kawtim ngn bos. |

i pun baru tukar tmpt keje n under probation period 6 bulan. tp semua benefit i dh dapat. siapnya seminggu lepas masuk keje dh apply annual leave. pastu dh claim dental terus. mueehehehhe #donebatuapi |
