Gaji kena tahan walaupun dah bayar short notice.

I nak tanya pandangan forumers. I dah serve notice and siap pay my short notice in lieu. I consult with hr before i proceed with the payment and she confirm that my salary can be released if i bayar the amount before sekian sekian hari (10 days before payroll out).
Cut thing short, after i pay (with in mind that they will release my salary) and email the hr, suddenly she said payroll will process my salary within 7 days sbb payroll dah cutoff.
I trus jumpa payroll officer to confirm but dia cakap you can only get your salary on 2nd May because finance dah close. Totally opppsite with what hr cakap. Cibai kan.
Ok. I dah bengang tp tetap sabar....
So semalam last day i reconfirm with payroll guy and tau tak dia cakap apa.
"You will not receive your salary on 2nd May cause finance close. Your case is exceptional and it is still in grey area. We need to dicuss with finance team to aligned the issue". Hahahahahahaha. Bab* pulak rasa.
So i tulis email and compile all the conversations, email follow up cc company director, payroll manager & hr manager.
Lepastu hr exec tu reply all the conversation is p&c you shall not disclose to outlayer.

Soalan i :
1. Emosi kah aku memasukkan bos bos dalam email menghentam hr?
2. Berapa lama i kena tunggu untuk consult jabatan tenaga kerja?

dik garangnya, mati lah kaka kalau jd hr company dik.

tp memang betul kena wat cmtu kalau tak orang pijak kepala. ni company cina ke? please viral kt facebook

Haha. Bukan garang. Tapi i bengang when they berbelit belit. Ade ke patut final reply ckp if you did not clear with the payroll cut off you need to raise inquiry at hr portal bla bla shit. Masa first time aku tanya tak remind pulak.
Viral kat fb?  Haha masuk siakap ikan keli karang.

MNC tp more to chinese comp. I tak kisah cina ke india ke malay ke tapi jangan la cakap tal serupa bikin. Mau menggelupur bila i screenshot all skype conversation with her.
