Boleh ke majikan kita saman kita sebab di tuduh bocorkan rahsia syarikat? Siapa pernah ada pengalaman? Blh share?

tak pernah ada pengalaman...
tapi kalau majikan ada bukti kukuh,why not kan..mesti lah boleh saman..

pekerja bocor rahsia syarikat melalui fb status ke?..

setiap syarikat punya hak utk saman atau fired dia punya staff kalau langgar undang² sykt ..

sebab tu bila sign appointment letter kena baca dlu betul² ..

by the way, tuan tanah keje apa ? sebab, tiap² pekerjaan punya tanggungjawap tertentu ..

kalau yg melibatkan customer service mcm hotel, bank, kedai hp, company telco automatic termasuk dlm PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) .. kalau yg ni, confirm boleh kena saman & jail ..

kalau kes tak brape berat biasa majikan akan buang pekerja tu tp kalau berat sangat & bole menyebabkan majikan kerugian disebabkan rahsia yg dibocorkan, buang pekerja & saman kt mahkamah.

bila dibawa ke mahkamah & majikan bole bg bukti kukuh & kesan yg majikan hadapi mungkin majikan bole menang tp bkn senang majikan nk buktikan. contoh mcm pekerja buat status kt pesbuk konon2 bocorkan maklumat syarikat blum tentu tu cukup & kadang2 dakwaan bole bertukar jika majikan gagal buktikan pekerja tu bersalah mungkin diganti dgn dakwaan lain.

lain la kalau majikan dah rugi besar akibat perbuatan pekerja tadi sampai kena saman oleh pihak lain.
