lately mmg down gila dgn personal life. takde siapa tahu except my family. but family pula dok negeri lain. bila PKPB ni mmg overly stress sbb tak blh rentas negeri.
so how i detox mind dari fikir pasal my problem,
1) dgr music & long drive (but now stuck sbb kena WFH)
2) try to exercise (i bukan jenis bersenam). terus muscle stress. (deym)
3) sleep too much (dgn harapan bila bangun, semua masalah hilang)
4) keep myself busy dgn kerja office. i lagi suka stress kerja. rasa mcm buat i happy sikit. Hahaha.
but, semua tu cuma temporary detox mind. Divert.
i ajar diri i, utk melihat sisi positif untuk setiap situasi. Dgn cara ini, i akan sentiasa okey.

Im sure u will be just fine eplas, reading ur comments also shows that u are a strong person. So treat all problems tu part of ur journey.. take a deep breath, have a good sip pf coffee or ur favourite drinks.. pastu tell urself i can handle this well.
Everyone will facing obstacles in life, matter or how we react je akan bezakan outcome tu caner... read books ke magazine ke or yeahhh doa banyak2.

klu i, i akan tulis dalam diary or phone, feeling much better.
dulu masa kecik i suka tulis diary, tp my brother suka ambik baca n kecoh pastu i stop, padahal i dah sorok my diary.
klu i tahu i takkan stop, its a good coping mechanism, and i wish to write
'dear brother, pls stop reading my diary' back then.
skrg ni muka depan i tulis sapa baca n kecoh, dosaaa. hahah |
