I buat leg raises,stepper,indoor bicycle.....kene hehati jugak wat senaman ni.....xnak cederakan tulang blkg terutamanye cth nye mcm sit up...mmg bagus...tp bahayakan tlg blkg...so better buat crunch utk core muscles

Chuols... lepas i stopped my gym membership in 2020, i started follow online classes... les mills on demand...
I dah ubah routine i dari 3 cardio (shbam, zumba, mtvdance), 2 weight training (bodypump) per week.... now i cuma buat 2-3 cardio, with 1 weight training (bodypump) je per week... and i noticed my muscle dah shrink.... and i dpt shape yg i nak.... ni contoh bodypump for beginners i buat kat rumah.. i mmg ada sets of plates, barbell, stepboard yang cukup kat home gym.. so i workout together dengan husband lah...
masa awal2 covid mmg i have problem utk maintain my weight around 52-54 kg... i have been maintaining my weight around 52-54 kg since 2012 lagi... kecuali masa preggy je la max i naik sampai 68 kg... my height is 162 cm...
dulu i used to workout 5 kali seminggu, siap minum protein shake utk build muscle (coz they said muscle burns fat even while you're sleeping)... tp now even dah stopped membership gym (sbb dah setup home gym last year), alhamdulillah, lebih mudah nak maintain weight walau dah reduce workout jadi 3X seminggu je... at the same time, i start ambil supplement juga like l-carnitine (for pre workout), raw maca root, probiotics, multivits, habbatus sauda... mula2 takut juga nak menten supplements ni sbb orang cakap nnti badan mudah naik, tambah dah usia menginjak 40 yrs old, metabolism turun.. but then alhamdulillah... okay je, maintain.. as long as we know our body kan....
yang penting, korang kena tau blood type diet korang apa boleh makan... body type korang apa (mesomorph, endomorph or ectomorph)... then korang bleh adjust your workout style and biasakan diet yang sihat.. i didnt count my calories sangat pun, i just make sure i have 3 meals per day, and reduce sugar, tp i still minum air manis during breakfast lah...

sorry nak tanya.. L-carnitine you ambik ok tak for workout? Sebab i workout juga 3-4 weeks cardio + strength... So far i amik sunflower lecithin i lost few kgs with exercise of course..

Oh nice...i dah bertahun juga amek l carnitine ni... dulu brand aspen... skang dah tukar brand now... 5 ml je i amek pre workout... ok sangat2 lebih berpeluh....especially bila cardio... ia bagus utk kurangkan visceral fat
slimming vibrator shaker tu mmg ada hasil ke? i ada kt rumah, husband belikan tp i suka no equipment punya workout.. if mmg berhasil, time i malas leh la gedik2 atas shaker tu

Aku rasa okay sebab mcm fun jer takyah buat apa2 ..duduk jer. Tapi kita takleh measure lah calories ke apa sbb takde apps. Mcm threadmill tu boleh link to smartwatch or Fitbit. Lagi satu kalau siapa yg ada vertigo mmg sgt tak sesuai.
