Betul. Haritu iols experiment goreng kulit ubi kentang.

Basuh bersih2. pastu letak garam, serbuk kari ayam dengan tepung jagung. Goreng dalam minyak goreng ikan. Rasa marvelous. Crispy macam kopok.

Tengok kat tiktok. Dia buat guna kulit kentang & carrot. Selama ni buang je, taktau boleh proses masak benda lain jugak.

Kulit ubi kayu jangan buat gitu plak. Patah gigi kome.
