i read those books when i was in form 2 or form 3 i guess.. lupa dah coz dah lamerrrrrrrr sgt (novel wajib during eng lesson tu). I like the name, tgh dok pikiaq nak cari nick, then suddenly pop up in my mind... but i'm not like the character, sikit pon tak serupa, hehehe.

ada satu lagi... EOIN COLFER ... buku dia Artemis Fowl series, Wishlist, Supernaturalist.. actually citer dia far more brilliant and funnier than Harry Potter. Dan dia amat bangga dengan negaranya, Ireland.
Karekter paling kelakar ialah dwarf dalam Artemis Fowl.. sbb dorg ni pakar dalam menggali, so ada cara istimewa untuk mereka dalam menjalankan kerja menggali ni.. hehehehe. I dont think that JK Rowling akan menulis camni.. hehehe |

fyi, eoin colfer is a male writer.. yup, bukunya nipis.. bukan versi buku yg tebal.. but i think it's brilliantly written...
in my opinion, kedua-duanya best sbb kedua-duanya shine in their own way..
HP- nice dan ditulis dgn kemas.. plot menarik, byk teka-teki.. kesimpulan, kisahnya jadik best.. u now the rest..
Artemis Fowl- hillarious.. sbb main character is not a hero.. anti-hero.. kisah child prodigy yg pada mulanya hanya ingin menggunakan fairies creature utk kepentingannya mengaut harta.. hanya berumur 11 thn dah berjaya menipu fairies yg ratusan tahun usianya.. also ada watak lain.. yang saya rasa Eoin Colfer tak segan menulis tentang poops, burping, gassing (salah satu watak, a kleptomaniac dwarf yg menggali dgn mengunyah tanah dan mengeluarkannya thru other side, u know where, hehehe).. maybe bcoz the irish in him..
kesimpulan, siri Artemis Fowl oleh Eoin COlfer kelakar dan anti-hero.. kisah Harry potter best jugak.. tak kurang bestnya dr Artemis Fowl.. Cuma Harry Potter ramai org dewasa baca.. dan kanak2 jugak.. Artemis Fowl pulak tak ramai org dewasa baca pasal kalau dlm bookstore ia diletak dalam section kanak2.. |
