since kita kena tunggu agak lama...berjam2 di terminal bas...perlu sediakan prasarana atau
ruang menunggu yg selesa buat penumpang bas...cam tempat makan yg menarik...tak le cam
kat puduraya tu...mungkin ada cineflex...utk yg terpaksa menunggu berjam2...ruang sembahyang
yg selesa cam KLIA tu...yg sedang-sedang saja...or book store...where we can wait n read...can
create masyarakat membaca...fikir balik...terminal bas yg cam KLIA tu la...but a smaller scale... |

Can I make another suggestion?
It抯 to do with the lighting and the design of the building. Salah satu masalah stesen bas ni ialah bila waktu malam memang kita rasa tak selamat. Sekurang-kurangnya kalau suasana tu terang, dan tempat tu tak banyak corners atau tempat tersorok yang membolehkan pencopet / penagih dadah bersembunyi atau menjalankan kegiatan mereka, kita rasa lebih secure sikit.

i sokong 150% cadangan u tuuu...
so far..i tgk...salah satu stesen bus yg ok ialah....melaka sentral....at least lebih tersusun sket...dan lokasi pun tidaklah jauh dr bandar....ada pasar, ada bazaar, ada ruang kedai makan....suasana pun ok...aircond lagi....ruang menunggu pun bagus....
security pun ok..... |

I guess you are an architecture student ?
Anyway... I think public places such as terminals...(bus..in this case..)
should or "must" have clean washrooms...
when you are travelling... you need a clean bathrooms away from home...
you know the feeling when you need to use the washroom "urgently"..but the washrooms are..urrgghh....

jarang gi terminal bas... aku kasik suggestion berdasarkan pengalaman aku yg gi kl sentral hari2 le...buleh...?
kl sentral tu aku tgk amatle x selesa... x mesra... ko bayang kan aku ni kengkadang nak tukar2 tren kene le duduk dalam 10-30 minit...tapi tempat yg deisediakan amat2 menyakitkan belakang dan bontot aku ni... ade yg takde tempat sandar tu...kalo mude2 buleh le tahan...tapi yg rapuh2 tuh lenguh badan nak tunggu...aku suke tempat sandar yg bentuk cam tulang belakang manusia tu...amat selese...dan sile le letak kerusi banyak2....
yg lebih penting, terminal ni org kurang upaya pun gune...
kalu buat kaunter tu pikir2 keinggian mane yang org cacat boleh sampai...
yg ade visual impairment tu...sebesar mane tulisan yg mereke buleh baca atas board tuh....
kalu ade mesin beli tiket cam KTM ngan putra tuh...tulis le instructions JELAS2, ditempat yg jelas dibaca ikut ketinggian majoriti dan jugak org kurang upaya...bukan ikut suke bapak ko je reka menatang tu...first time user selalu ade masalh nak gune mesin cam ni sebab masalah ni....
sediakan le laluan pejalan yg lebih selese untuk org kurang upaya..terminal bas sesak...bile2 mase golongan mcm ni boleh kene langgar.... |

well....since dulu terminals are seen as intermediate space, a transit space before u arrive to your destination. only recently in the late 19 century great terminals had been built. maybe u should study the great metro of france. one of the earliest underground terminal and one of the most advance in its time.
now the importance of terminal makin tinggi sbb dah ada jalan dan pengangkutan. now all of that is a commodity, bukan luxury. u c, puduraya pun patutnye dibesarkan but coz of budget problem during recession tahun 1997 tuh, projek puduraya tergendala sampai sekarang.
aku dulu buat dissertation on underground space of transit station, esp Putra LRT and S'pore NEL.
itu mario botta tahun biler? aku suke sgt mario botta nih..ade 3 buku dia. |

maybe true-x, biler ko design, ko letak timeline of your building. maksudnyer, biler KLCC first constructed, xdela da pk org public nak gune toilet selalu... becoz, according to your design of toilet, bape lame stesen bas tu bleh tahan? maybe design toilet ko dah ikut UBBL n all, tapi on our overall social structure, adakah bilangan toilet tu sufficicent. kalo x, jadi klcc lah.
nape Putrajaya dibuat besau tak ingatnyer, pastu org kata membazir la, Tun M abiskan duit rakyatlah, n ape2 lagi kata2 yg dilemparkan?
sbb putrajaya di create to cater a new admin center for malaysia. maybe to last more than just Vision 2020 yg kite duk pegang tuh. skrg kosong lah sbb xde kepentingan pada every1 lagi, maybe in another 15 yrs, a lot of changes will take place then we appreciate idea Tun M yg by dat time dah takde lagi.
watever we implement now will not effect people of the current times but the impact will occur in the future, in our next generation.
