i makan nasik seminggu sekali...gym 3-4kali seminggu..alhamdulillah ada perubahan...esp kat perut cepat turun. dulu i cuma p gym 6kali semiinggu tapi tak jaga makan...berat tak berkurang..i frust sgt, now i hapi tak perlu ke gym kerap sgt cuma control nasik intake .
