masa buat sales dulu....

google kat internet utk search prospect (bidang yg ditarget la).. then call...cari contact person..set appointment..always set appointment sebab normally org skarang ni dah tak berapa suka bab terjah2 nih..

once in a while... 2 kali seminggu or sekali sebulan..i will set a target area n just tour the place untuk search prospect... by hunch je la... jot down the company name... drop flyer or information at the receptionist (yg for sure dia akan masuk bakul sampah..bu who cares..at least bleh bagitau bos i have tried my best), but at the same time asked for phone number ...bila balik office..call balik utk dapatkan contact person yg betul

quite a tedious job...but i enjoyed it. yg tak best nya..by end of the month kalo tak capai target mula la muka naik jerawat banyak2 (sebab risau)

opss..lupa.. keje yg dulu tu..quite tedious sebab..kene double cek ngan admin dulu kot2 prospect yg nak dicontact tu another sales person dah pernah contact ke belum, meaning the client was a prospect of another sales exec..

wa'ah buat sales dlm bidang ape.sy xpenah rs tensen lak kalau sales xbyk cume cm rs malula xdpt sales byk cm org len.sy punya sales selalu xbyk tu yg boring.rs xbape sesuaila keja ni ngn jiwa sy maybe nak try health and beauty lak

ahhahaha..kalu aku cakap..sah2 korang semer gelak sakan..

aku dulu jual pager n trunking radio..
adeh...call customer je musti kene bantai gelak dulu....ikikikikikikiikikikikikik
tapi ada la caranya nak jual bende nih..very niche market

commission actualy ok... pager..every month dpt commsission from yuran langganan customer..trunking plak dapat lumsum masa jual tuh, tapi since harga mahal dapat banyak ah gak commission.
keje kejap je... tak sempat nak collect commision my first big customer..tensen weh...sebab admin takde eksplen pom pasal tu...time aku call nak tanya pasal commission tu baru dia cakap..bengang je masa tuh

tips buat sale yg berkesan....

saya dulu pun penah wat sale tapi kat optikal shop.kalau org yg betul2 nak beli,tak ada masalah.kita cakap sikit je dia jadi beli.masalahnya org yg 50-50.macamna nak ckp bagi dia betul2 tertarik nak beli barang kita?? sape2 boleh kongsi tips tak???

nak buat sales nie senang jer... bukan pasal malu ka tak... tapi kena ade daya pnarik.. kena ada GREAT ATTITUDES... kdg2, org pun bukan nak beli sgt barang kiter tp sbb tertarik dgn cara kita berniaga orang akan beli gak...

Biasenyer kalau nak buat sales yg berjaya, kurang2 korang kenan training dulu... dah training seminggu dua baru ok.. . kena ade knowledge gak selain bakat...

kalau baru nak start buat sales, korang siapkan satu borang, setiap kali ade deal dgn pelanggan minta dia chop kat borang tu then bila ada pelanggan baru bole tunjukkan borang yg ada chop tu.

ok contoh mcm jual satu produk... misalnya yg 50-50, nak beli ke tak.. korang tunjukkan borang yg ade chop, then cakap tgk nie ader ramai org yg beli produk jenama nie, antaranyer.... limited edition, kalau tak beli ari ni tak tahu esok ader ke tak lg... sikit sebanyak org akan terpengaruh gak.. ini org panggil jones theory... PEOPLE LIKE TO BELIEVE... sbb tu byk kompeni besar guna duta, org kalau tgk artis jd duta terus nak beli, tp berniaga kecil2 mana ada duit nak lantik duta, just tunjuk bukti2 melalui chop kedai atau org persendirian la...

lagi satu cakap mesti konfiden jangan takut2... all the best
