hi berudu...

kalo x silap, berudu nie baru lagi kawen kan? rasa dulu berudu ada mentioned yg berudu kawen bulan 8... ye  ke?

jangan risau2 sangat pasal nk mengandung - especially since u just got married... take time.... belajt utk kenal ur partner well...

alex x baper pasti pasal pil2 utk increase chances of getting pregnant.... dulu2 masa alex refer gynae - she gave me clomid... kalo x silap makan pada hari ke-2 period for 5 days.... tapi kena jumpa doktor selalu - sbb doktor nk check the 'egg'....

satu lagi, kalo berudu dah plan utk pregnant dalam masa terdekat nie.... amalkan makan folic asid setiap hari.... folic asid nie bantu baby supaya x lahir dengan masalah spina fida (tulang belakang ter'exposed)

Getting pregnant: Trying to conceive with the help of clomid

If you've been having trouble conceiving, and your doctor has performed a thorough infertility work-up, there's a good chance that your doctor will recommend clomid if she believes your ovaries are not releasing eggs. Clomid, which is taken in pill form, can help regulate your hormones so that your ovaries will release an egg. In other words, clomid can help your body ovulate.

How clomid works
Typically, you'll start taking clomid about two to five days after your period starts, and continue to take it each day for about five days. Your doctor will be monitoring you closely during this time to make sure that the medication is doing its work and causing you to ovulate. Some doctors like to see their patients every day during this time.

As soon as your doctor has determined that you're ovulating, you'll stop taking the pill and should begin to have sex. Most physicians recommend having sex every day at this point in your cycle. But talk with your own doctor about the frequency of intercourse recommended for you. You'll probably continue with the clomid for three to six menstrual cycles, unless, of course, you become pregnant.

How clomid can make you feel
There is a wide range of possible side effects from clomid, including dry cervical mucus, mild swelling of the ovaries, ovarian cysts, stomach pain, breast tenderness, trouble sleeping, nausea and vomiting, blurred vision, headaches, fatigue, depression and weight gain.

Clomid affects each woman a little differently. Elizabeth, 31, took clomid for four cycles. When she was on the medication, she says that her symptoms of PMS were a little worse than usual and she felt moody.

"During ovulation, I felt like there was a bowling ball in my uterus," says Elizabeth. "I was really bloated and pretty uncomfortable. Luckily, this feeling only lasted a few days mid-cycle."

The risk of multiple births
Your chances of conceiving more than one child increase when you take clomid. The percentage of the risk depends on the dose of clomid you take. While the idea of having multiple births may be exciting to some people, it's important to understand that carrying even twins has a higher risk for miscarriage, premature birth and health complications. Learn more about how fertility treatments increase the rate of multiple births.

Thinking about getting pregnant? Take folic acid.
Women who take folic acid supplements may reduce the risk of certain birth defects in their babies.

Two disorders make up the most of what are known as neural tube defects (NTDs). The first, spina bifida, results when the spine does not develop normally. The second, anencephaly, results when the skull and brain don't develop normally.

In every pregnancy there is a small chance that a baby may have a birth defect. Birth defects occur in approximately 3 out of every 100 liveborn infants. NTDs account for some of these defects. They are present in between 2 and 4 of every 1,000 babies born in Canada.

What is folic acid?
When do neural tube defects occur?
How much folic acid is appropriate to take?
How can pregnant women get tested for neural tube defects?

What is folic acid?
Folic acid (also called folate or folacin) is a vitamin in the B group. Foods rich in folic acid include grains, green vegetables (spinach, broccoli), meat (liver) and legumes (lentils and kidney beans). Although present in these foods, it is often difficult to obtain enough folic acid from diet alone.

When do neural tube defects occur?
NTDs occur 25 to 29 days after conception, before many women even realize they are pregnant. For this reason it is important that women begin to take folic acid supplements before the baby is conceived (ideally, as soon as she stops using birth control).

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding need more folic acid. For this reason, it may be beneficial to continue folic acid supplements throughout pregnancy, even though crucial development of the spine and brain is completed five weeks after conception.

How much folic acid is appropriate to take?
Most healthy women should supplement their diet with 0.4 mg (400 micrograms) of folic acid daily.

Women who have diabetes or epilepsy, and women with a family history of NTDs (sibling, parent, cousin), or who have had a previous liveborn or stillborn infant with a NTD should supplement their diet with 5 mg of folic acid daily.

If you are not certain which dose you need, contact your physician.

How can pregnant women get tested for neural tube defects?
All pregnant women can have tests to detect of NTDs in the second trimester of pregnancy. These include:

A blood test that measures the level of a protein called "alpha fetoprotein" or AFP in the mother's blood. This test is usually performed between 16 and 18 weeks of pregnancy.
An ultrasound examination of the baby's head and spine. This is usually done between 17 and 20 weeks of pregnancy.
These tests are not harmful to the baby and will detect the majority of babies with NTDs.

You should discuss these test options with your physician.

dari spirulina,  ld venus dll.

ld venus sgt bagus utk wanita yg ada masalah hormon. seblm ni adex ada prob period xttp dan kekdg xperiod xdtg dkt 3 bln... ingatkan pregnant tp sebenarnya tak pun. senggugut sakitnyer bukan main.... member adex suruh try ld venus. baru seminggu minum period dtg... hari pertama je ada period pain tp tak teruk sgt... kalau banding dgn biasanya hari ke-2 period pain teruk. time period pun tak panjang & period tak berekor ekor.

masuk hari ke 4, period dah sikit dan hari ke 5 period dah abih... suka sgt... kalau tak susah sbb bila berekor2 mengganggu waktu solat.. kena mandi wajib byk kali pulak...ld venus ni mmg lebih kpd membaiki hormon kt. bila hormon dah elok, rahim kt sihat...secara tak langsung nnt kulit kt pun jd cantik. mcm adex  pun mmg plan sgt nak  pregnant. utk period yg bermasalah, ld venus yg terbaik utk baiki hormon dsbnya... psl kulit cantik... pun akan dpt hasil sbb ld venus ni bertindak dr dlm.

spirulina tu bole mkn even masa pregnant pun bole dimakan. sbb dia bukan ubat. cuma supplement dan dijamin dr bahan organic. fyi, elken spirulina ni dpt byk pengiktirafan dan sijil tau...

kwn akak pun makan spirulina ms dia pregnant. hasilnya, anak dia putih, kulit cantik, cerdik (ni penting)... lagi satu antibodi jadi kuat dan sihat. jd susah la sket nak dijangkiti penyakit.

cubalah... kita hanya merancang... Tuhan yg menentukan... sesetengah ubat or what else yg kita makan, kalau dalam masa 3 bulan xder apa-apa perubahan, baik berenti dan cuba ubat yg lain... kita hanya ikhtiar buat apa yg patut... good luck

TIPS TIPS UTK KEHAMILAN

TIPS TIPS UTK KEHAMILAN

HUBUNGAN KELAMIN DILAKUKAN WAKTU SUBUR
