Which is Better LCD MOnitor Samsung 940BF or Ultrasharp Dell 1907FP

Hi there,
im actually in confius, i wanted to buy LCD monitor 19" i was so intrested in sync master 970BF for it fast time response which is 2ms, however they said that Dell have latest of thechnology that surpass any others monitor which is Ultra Sharp technology... is it true?
The 1907PF Dell is it so great? i never like dell anyway....the design so dam typical...
guys out there can u help me decide?
970BF Samsung Vs 1907PF Dell or got any different latest monitor which far better than this two? suggest me... price lower than RM1200 and it is 19"
