tengok tv.. time tuh lah ko leh excercise..... benornyer tak suah nak carik 30 monit tuh... yg penting,, nak ngan tak nak jer...

lunch hour?  my friend lunch hour gi gym. me lunch hour gi shopping center, janji jalan sikit.

MK lak parking kerete jauh2... kalau jalan sampai opis tercungap2 tu tandanya
bagus... jadilah brisk walk tu... pas tu balik rumah panjat tangga sampai tingkat 9.
MK nyer rumah tingkat 9...

i slalu antar anak tadika jalan kaki je sbb dekat dgn rumah. pastu pusing2 taman 20-30min sehari...mmg dah set in mind cam tu...dlm 1mggu, 4-5hari xcise brisk walk.

peluh tu bagus wat?kuarkan toksin dlm badan,sejukkan badan =)
kalau jenis cepat berpeluh tu,xyah la exercise time nk stat keja.byk lg time leh cari,guna dan pakai.

mmg la bagus kalau peloh kuar, tapi not during office hours . .

dalam 2-3 kali seminggu aku jog satu pusingan tasik 15 minit
then jalan kaki dalam 15 minit gak
kalau bebtul takder masa nak senaman just sit up kat umah
dan cuba jalan kaki sebnayak yg mungkin waktu keje
jgn guna lif guna tangga k!
