memang leceh pun. Tapi bagi yang betul-betul nak belajar, aku suggest guna Illustrator sebab Pen Tools dia lebih mesra alam compare dengan Photoshop

fuh..selalu aku buat pun dpt stail yg 001 kasi tuh..nak jadi cartoon mcm ko nak tuh..tak tauler plak ada software lain..menarik gak nih..

Aku setuju ngan artgeex... guna Illustrator nyer pen tool boleh buat ni.

Yeah... kalau guna Photoshop/Illustrator kena tekun main ngan pentool. Also kena banyak main select testing2 ngan pentool tu tengok details yang mana perlu and yang mana tak perlu.

Intocartoon Professional Edition 2.1.2 enbles you to convert your photos into cartoon-style drawings or black and white sketches.
You can adjust the drawing style and detail to include and then add a coloring layer based on the original image colors. This layer can also be adjusted to achieve the desired effect.
There are no presets available, so you need to play with the control sliders and use the preview as a guidance until you achieve the desired effect. Intocartoon also provides standard drawing tools that you can use to further enhance the image or to add speech bubbles. The image can then be exported to JPG, BMP or proprietary P2C format.

Aku rasa software ni baru sebab before ni tak pernah dengar pun (and aku memang sentiasa carik software/plugins camni).
