kamek ada member yg dolok memang ada masalah insomnia tok..sampe all the time memang depend on pills..asal nak tido jak wajib makan pill tido..mun sik nang sik pat tido. but then, bila dah tersedar dirik nya terlalu gilak bergantung ngn dadah ya..so nya ambik inisiatif lain yg lebih sihat..which is nya ato pola aktivitinya seharian. ptg  org pagi nya akan spend time kat gym at least 1 hour everyday. so bila ada aktiviti kedak tok, mata yg ngantok pun disebabkan dah melakukan aktiviti yg menyihatkan..so sampe kinek tok lah nya amalkan bersenam setiap hari tok...no more pills!!!

best juak cara ya..selain dapat tidor on time dapat juak menyihatkan badan.biasanya mata kita nang kedak ya,mun dah lelah gilak senang nak terlelap...harap2 ada sinar baru bagi sapa2 yg insomnia ya...say no to drugs...

kawan mek pernah depress n nya mok lupakkan segala benda nak depressing ya.so nya telan beberapa biji pil tido n nya tido for a whole day.sik bangun2.member nya time ya semua bingng ngan nya..but ya kisah lamak.kisah gik muda2..belum mature untuk berfikir.mun skali skala amik pil tido tok sikpa nak?

Treatment for insomnia may involve nonmedical therapy, such as developing better sleep habits or psychotherapy, and sometimes medications.  Personally, I have found a solution to this problem. I actively spend my day. And I  take light sedatives, which I order at a Canadian pharmacy. They suit me and I can sleep peacefully.
