Askum n hello all...

Wanis nk tanye camne nk tambahkan berat badan...since weight gain nye susu x efektif tuk wanis tambahkan berat badan. my bmi was categorized as under weight..tinggi 167cm berat 45 kg. Ada kwn suggest mkn vitamin c & e is dat tru doc?

in order for you to gain weight, you need to consume at least 3000 calories per day. this is best achieved through a combination of food and high calorie supplement.nak makan kene balance gak. tak boleh ambik protien saja. mesti ada carbohydrate. kene makan 3 meals plus 3 snacks sehari.( in between meals)
Kene exercise to increase your muscle size kalau tak body fat saja yang bertambah.
so nak tambah berat badan kene makan lebih.
check with your doctor for any medical problems like penyakit kelenjar thyroid etc.

mkn vitamin b complex jugak sbb b complex leh tambah selera makan.

but kene selalu minum air gak sbb b complex ni leh wat bdn jd dehydrate

one of my firend makan
memang bertambah gakler selera makan dia
vit b complex pun elok gak kalao tak silap

lebih kurg sama jer kite nih...saye mase bujang dlu 45kg gak brat..tinggi 164cm..bdn kite ni bih kurg jer kot...pernah try susu fast gain bli kat farmasi masa dok kedah dlu..lupa dah farmasi apa...mmg naik brat tp skit jer la...org farmasi tu ckp kalau nak berkesan kena minum sokmo susu tu at least smpai 2 years..saye minum xsmpai 3 blnpun..xlrt bli susu mhl giler..hahaha...

pastu brat saye maintain 45kg tu jer....susah nak naik sbb keturunan smua kurus2..ehhehe...pas dpt anak 1 brat naik dah jd 48kg...pas anak ke2 xtau la naik jd brape..hehehe...tunggu after deliver dlu..hehehe..

same with me la luvly_awanis!dlu lg plk tggi 164 tp berat 39@40 jek..skrg sejak dok umah dh naik 46!!!yeeehaaaa!rahsienye?mkn laaa!dlu smpi gastrik sbb x ske mkn..pas2 igt nk minom weight gain tp mak kate ade kwn die tuh kurus pas2 nk berisi sket minom weight gain..pas2  jd tembam sgt2..pas2 nk kuruskan blk ssh..so sy pon bsyuko jeklaa..

thanks...wanis 24 thn, belum kawen lg tp insyallah hujung tahun nih majlisnye. wanis dolu dr dek smpai msuk uni mmg aktif ngn sport...bab makan tuh mmg wanis antr yg plg kuat makan ;) kekwn wanis pn pelik awat la bdn wanis xnaik2. talking bout genetic...mak dolu pn kurus gak coz aktif sport tp pas kawen bdn mak pn naik.

rutin mkn...biasenye wanis mesti amik breakfast (kekdg2 je trlepas klo bz sgt),lunch n dinner. snack tu xde la plak, tp bile lapor wanis mesti cr sumthing tuk mkn. supplement currently wanis minum soy extract soy collagen, full milk cream lak bile sempat je minum. sebolehnye wanis nk naikkan berat badan b4 kenduri n nk mantain la smpai dh kawen. wanis nk tnye psl vitamin...em biasenye vit akn tambahkn selera mkn je kan. ade tak lain2 benefit?

setiap jenis vitamin ada kepentingannya tersendiri..bukan untuk tambah selera makan je. sekiranya kita makan makanan yang seimbang setiap hari kita tak perlu extra vitamins tu. terlalu banyak vitamin juga boleh mendatangkan mudarat kepada kesihatan begitu juag kalau kurang vitamin.

Saya pun kurus...anak dah 2. Masa blom kawin dulu, berisi gak....berat dalam 50-52 kg (tingggi 164cm). Lepas kawin dan dapat anak, macam menurun skit...la ni maintain 45-47kg...Sb : 1. genetik     2. Kadang2 malas makan     3. Letih kerja/jaga anak etc ----yg membawa kepada sb no.2

abg saya pun sama kes macam kawan pembuka thread ni. Macam2 le dia try, minum weight gain la, appeton la...but x gemuk2 gak. ada org ckp suh kawin...tapi dah kawin pun macam tu gak...boleh bilang tulang rusuknya..hehe..

Ckp dgn kawan tu, bersyukurlah....tu bahagian dia...being slim is better than being fat..less penyakit...jgnle risau sampai taknak kuar rumah....kena yakin pada diri..macam artis adibah noor tu...badan macm tu tapi dia yakin pada diri sendiri..even tho gemuk..org tgk dia nyanyi, org tak tgk tang badan tu..org appreciate bakat dia yg marvelous tu...

apapun, kalau nk tough, mungkin boleh masuk mana2 pusat senaman /gym yg ada pakej utk being fit ni..sbb melalui exercise boleh tambah jisim otot dan dgn itu berat akan bertambah...plus bonus..badan yg sihat sokmo...insyaAllah..
