DVD copy error : Data redundancy error..

semalam masa aku tgh copy file from DVD, operation stuck, keluar error " data redundancy error"..
dalam dvd tu ada citer prison break season2.. from #1 to #11, masalah nyer #1 sampai #9 boleh copy without error.. bila tang #10 and #11 jer dia kuar error...

any workaround for this problem?

btw, aku nye pc specs...
windows XpSP2, dvd: LG, RAM: 256 jer, AThlon 1.7G

this usually due to a problem on the disc itself... such as that particular area is dirty, scratch, etc. why don't you try clean up the disc and try again. if doesn't work, try create an image (like .iso) instead of direct copy the files from the disc then extract the file using isobuster.

haha aku penah tanya dulu..jawapan data disk kat dvd tu ada corrupt kot..tak salah aku la..

nak kata corrupt tuh tak pasti, sbb member aku boleh copy kat dvd dia.. aku nye drive nih jenis kaput kot.. cd surface cantik lagi, licin takde jerawat ape pon.. ke dvd media tu tak compatible sgt dgn drive aku.. ataupon writing format dia ada slightly different? dlm error pon ada cakap, size on disk ada different.. exact meg aku tak ingat sgt..

that could be the case too, dvd drive has hard time reading from the media due to their incompatibility (has to do with the +/-).

itu yg aku nyampah ngan dvd alliance +/- nih.. masing2 nak buat empire sendrik.. kena beli TDK nyer brand baru ngamm..

cuba copy data cd/cdvd tu ke harddisk dulu. then baru burn ke cdr/dvdr.

+/- bukan menjadi masalah ... lagipun bitsetting akan convert + media menjadi dvd-rom

yang masalahnya dvd media tu sendiri. kalau yg kualiti rendah, macam biasa la... tak tahan lama.
