Veritas Problem

kepada pakar Veritas... minta bantuan sikit.. aku nak restore file ke server Sun Microsystems (server E10K). Aku restore guna Veritas. Tapi sejak minggu lepas.. aku nak restore dia asyik incomplete je.. bila aku tgk log dia tulis " I/O Error ". korang tau tak camne aku nak settle kan masalah ni?

incomplete doesn't mean it's not successful. it means that there are certain data it could not restore. it's best if you could also mention what version of OS you're using and the version of veritas netbackup.

anyway, based on the highlighted log, have you checked if that particular partition has enough space to restore that file? or if backup has appropriate permission?

Also, try restore just that particular file only, may be to different partition.
