you`ll suffer more than unlove him/her if you hate him/her.....

I`ve seen few guys and girls around me that hate their partner for leaving them,.......

In the end the hate stays on... its a mixture of hate and love.......

hate eh? aku rasa hatred feeling will only drain out our energy la. tapi kita tak boleh lari dari perasaan nih pasal kita ni manusia biasa je. tapi alangkah bagusnya kalau kasih sayang boleh outshinekan perasaan benci dalam diri kita. fikiran kita sure lebih tenteram kan?

hate is the manisfestation of Fear.

Fear creates defenses which in turn creates attack...its never ending. Hate is a seed born because we don't understand or fear something. Come prejudice comes force. Love is the way.

If u are loving it will be manifested and shown. People can see the fruits u bear. We always think we can hide our personalities and all but it shows. We only betray ourselves with our own words.

and I agree with the post above. Hate is a waste of energy.

And defense is also a form of attack which originates from fear of the unknown, form fear anything.

I think hate is mostly caused by personal experience for example: why would you hate someone? Its because of personal experience whether some one had done something bad to you not once but many times to a level that you could not even tolarate. Another thing about hate is that we are easily influenced by our friends or family to hate something on the basis of if they hate it, so should we.
