sy ada 3 probs nak mintak tlg ngan sesapa je yg blh tlg solve this probs

-first,my laptop blh detect removable drive cam pendrive,n blh remove safely tapi nothing show up kat my computer.kan usually kalo ada pendrive ada muncul F: ke,G: ke,tp kat laptop ni xda.yg kuar pun cuma floppy a.this thing occured after i run antivirus smlm.mmg byk la virus dia cleankan.

-second,kalo tkan local disk c ngan d, kuar 'open with'.b4 ni mmg x blh open kalo click sbab ada virus.

-last prob,napa my laptop x blh install certain games cam the sims??nak kata cd rosak,kat comp org blh je install.so,help??

semuanya disebabkan virus yang telah dicleankan tu..

problem 1 dan 2 tu related, boleh setel sekaligus, serentak.

ko guna winxp ke, servis pack brapa?

yg ke3 tu mungkin ko patut reinstall windows xp tu.


dgn re-install winxp, rasanya problem 1,2,3 leh setel serentak...

-second,kalo tkan local disk c ngan d, kuar 'open with'.b4 ni mmg x blh open kalo click sbab ada virus.

yg ni ko pegi kat C: ,try clik mouse blah kiri pastu ko click explore . ko cari autorun.inf ko delete.

- Pasal pendrive tu ko try click my computer , kat address bar yang tulis MY COMPUTER ko delete ko letak F: atau G: . kalau local disk / hdd ko C: ngan D: pastu cdrom E: ,assume pendrive ko F: . Faham? lg senang ko click kat Safely Remove Program, ko check box kat Display Device  Component ,  ko perasan ader tulis generic volume(X)  kat  X drive letter ko.


pasal Drive letter ko hilang ko try pegi start - run , ko taip diskmgmt.msc, pastu ko tgk kat disk 0 , disk 1 , blaa bla , ader text removeable disk. ko click mouse blah kanan , pastu change drive letter and path, kat situ ko pilih add kalau x  drive letter  atau ko click change untuk tukar .

re-install tu tak sama dengan format. re-install windows lebih kurang macam repair windows je. bukan format.

so, lepas reinstall tu semua program dan setting masih ada dan kekal.
cuma ada beberapa program aje yg perlu reinstall balik. contohnya antivirus.
