Imation DVD-RW Burner Problem

Imation DVD burner (setahun lebih) model IMWDVRW 16DL84I (firmware YS13) ada problem tak boleh nak detect all cd, tp bila boh DVD boleh detect. Try semua cd termasuk cd-r, cd movie dll, all DVD boleh bukak dan play.
Dah cuba swap IDE cable, update driver dan cuci lens tp tak berjaya jugak. Search Firmware utk update, tp tak jumpa. Sebelum problem ni kena, komp ada kena virus trojan, tp semua tu dah settle dgn AVG. |

Ko dah cuba buat system restore ke date sebelum kena trojan attack tu? Mungkin ada file atau registry settings yang terrosak masa kena trojan tu atau masa AVG tengah clean. |

aku punye DVD-rom pon ade kene gak mcm ni..
smpi skg...aku gune LITE-ON...
aku ade tanye tauke kedai komputer tu..
die ckp laser kt dlm DVD-rom tu yg problem
so die ckp suh tkr baru je la(bese laa ckp org meniaga..mmg suh beli baru je... )
so..sblm nk tkr baru tu..
try laa cr DVD-rom cleaner ke..bg cuci skit..
kot2 berhabuk kt laser dlm DVD-rom tu..
acu cube try test.. |

ari tu dah try pakai CD cleaner yg pakai alcohol tp takleh jugak, takpelah nanti aku try bukak cover DVD tu, cuci pakai manual tangan pulak.... |

aaku pun kena problem yg sama..sejak beli2 g dah jadi camtu..xleh nak burn cd..hampeh jee imation nie |
