Hewlett Packard (HP) Conning ppl !!

Yo ...

Yesterday my friend told me a story about HP & Digi Broadband Promotion... (Digi HP Mobility Fiesta).  They are conning customers left & right with their supposed to be special offer.... then force ppl to upgrade (pay extra) !!!!

My friend's sister signed up for the promotion package for HP 520 notebook & Digi data plan bundle which is RM149/mth for 2 yrs.  Then HP called and 'offer' her to upgrade at special price, additional RM9/mth for 2 yrs.  My friend's sister didn't want to upgrade then HP told her they dun have the lower specs notebook and ask her to cancel the order!  HP not willing to sell their notebook at the lower price or are they blackmailing her to 'pay' the additional $$ ?  She email to HP to complain then suddenly HP got stock !!!!!

Dunno how many ppl oredi kena conned to upgrade (pay extra rm216) when the notebook can work damn well without this upgrade !  For those really hard up for the Digi Data bundle offer, most will pay the extra $$ but is it worth it ?  

These big companies like HP like to 'bully' us consumers because they feel that we cannot do anything about it.  Either we  buy or dun buy ... even if we dun buy they also dun think is big loss !!!  

Come on M'sian... stand up & fight back.... dun keep quiet.... HP is not the only company selling PC / notebooks in m'sia ........
Boycott HP !!!!!!

I had Compaq laptop before, penah ada problem kene bawak ke service centre. Kene tekan sket baru dorang buat keje betul2...dan kene tunjuk kita smart. Kalau tak, cincai aje.

yup agree with u .... so far i heard ....compaq which is also hp .... produce pretty lousy laptop ..... my friend notebook can't even start properly and he used it less than a year ....twice send it to service center .... even after servicing same problem still occured .... in the end he sold his laptop ...and bought acer ...which far more better then compag .... well at least it start up properly.....  eveything is fine ... but had problem with the speaker ... after servicing speaker works fine .... pretty much acer notebook works well compared to compaq .... well at least haven't heard any cursing about his acer yet

Sebenarnya HP yang beli Compaq daaa...

Bangkang...! Aku pakai Compaq and it's good...! Jauh lebih baik dari Acer yang manja...

I guess mende ni tgk nasib lah. My friend bought Acer, memanjang je problem. My sis bought Acer ok lak.

tak pernah plak pakai HP..........i've always been an acer user.......and I had minimal problems with the laptops.......i'll only change to a new one when it getting out-to-date.......kat opfis plak guna Dell......

aku guna HP ...... ari tu sound card rosak tp masih ada warranty. Hantar ke Hp, CS kata kena 3 hari siap, tp 2 je dah je dah ok. HP call aku surh dtg collect & lps 3-4 hari HP ada call tanya pasai laptop aku & servis depa. so, mmg aku puas hati. Hantar servis kat menra HP, damansara.... parking free, senang & tpt selesa.

you need to send emails to your friends and family about this..tell them to spread it over the internet...
if they ask you about this..you'll need black and white proof
be careful though because...you may get sue by the company
