semalam aku bantai makan mcm2..
boleh dikatakan non-stop la mulut aku mengunyah.
aku berhenti bila mengantuk jek.
aku mmg biasa amik bfast. snack food lagilah banyak.
kalau milk tu ada jugak aku amik tapi aku lebihkan yg choc flavour.
besides, aku ni heavy coffee drinker.
and as usual, bila dah makan banyak, so banyak jugak lah masa aku luangkan kat toilet. pagi ni baru la aku rasa ok sikit. kalau tak mesti kena standby jek utk ke toilet.
sebenarnya aku agak malas utk jumpa doktor... |

aku selalu lari & jogging la tu pasal cholesterol bole balance lagi, Kalu tak sure dah high cholesterol. Tp sbb darah aku jenis darah 0, tak bole minum susu byk2. |

courtney_xo, selagi ada selera...makan je apa yang ada. Ambil all 6 meals. Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, teatime, dinner, supper. Tak perlu ambil low fat items. Go for the delicious ones. Makan jugak vitamins. Sure boleh naik berat punye. Minum 8 glasses of water supaya water weight dalam badan diambil kira. Actually makan nasi paling senang nak naik berat badan. Cuba try, pagi, tghari, malam makan nasi lauk penuh. |
