11 countries confirmed for new ACL
KUALA LUMPUR: Signaling a new dawn for professionalism in Asian football, the AFC Pro-League Ad-Hoc Committee met today under the chairmanship of Captain Saburo Kawabuchi and recommended to the AFC Executive Committee the first list of eleven (11) countries who will be eligible to field their teams in the new AFC Champions League next year.
Japan, Korea Republic, Australia, China, Indonesia, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Iran and India have been confirmed as participants, after a thorough assessment of their eligibility, in the 2009 AFC Champions League to be relaunched on completely professional lines.
Captain Kawabuchi opened the meeting by saying: 揟he recommendations of this committee are based on inspections and long, fruitful discussions and our goal is to create an attractive competition which will take Asian football to new heights. |

lol.....CYC dah dibatalkan........fam batalkn cyc abis kementerian belia dan sukan(KBS) kene byr rugi 56 juta ringgit.....punca ye penganjuran CYC (KBS n gifted group)xberurusan ngan fam awal2 men nganjur je...pastu fam punya ego nk batal kn jugak psl seolah2 mengetepikn fam...skit punya hal pn sampai camtu ke xkan xleh wat bincang elok2 teruskan CYC xla rugi 56 juta ringgit pastu player muda m'sia dpt pengalaman....bodo2 je birokrasi(ego punye pasal)....56 juta buang2 je baik bg kt ak je...:@ :@ ...dah la projek kompleks bola sepak kt london pn jd cam2 rugi ratus2 juta....marah tul ak dgr mende2 cam nie psl men buang2 je duit..:@ :@ |
